Our AC went out on a Saturday right when my toddler’s nap was supposed to start (and the temps out side were in the high 90’s). I chose Cover HVAC because they were the first nest certified company on google. They answered right away, had someone out in an hour and not only fixed the problem, but caught a second issue that was going to take out our second unit any day. The technician was extremely polite, explained everything and went above and beyond to get us back up and running.
We will be setting up annual service with them to avoid any future surprises. BEST experience I’ve had with an HVAC company.
I should also mention I felt completely comfortable having them working in our home when it was just myself and my daughter (husband was at work).

Jeremy really knows his stuff! My husband, sister-in-law, and I were very impressed with his knowledge. Our AC went out on Saturday and he had a new AC unit installed for us by Wednesday. He also saved us a headache as our AC had gone out 2 other times this year and it took our home warranty’s company two weeks each time to fix it. As new homeowners, we felt lucky that Cover HVAC had been recommended to us. They are very fast and very reliable!

Jeremy and George are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. They installed Mold protection including Uv/Ionization unit and repaired our ducts after new build install failed to do it correctly. I highly recommend Cover HVAC!! My father owns an HVAC System in another state so having experience myself, I 100% trust and back Cover HVAC's work and knowledge. Plus smaller family owned companies are always great to support !!

I will recommend them to everyone! Jeremy was very responsive, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. My heater went out the other day and we couldn't figure out what was wrong since it just worked. Not only did he take the my call late at night, he scheduled to come to me the next day. After a couple hours and confirming with me the issue and price, everything was fixed and now my house is nice and cozy again. He was recommended to me by a friend and now I will recommend him to other. His price are affordable as well too. Thank you again Jeremy for everything!

George came out to inspect the HVAC system on a house that my son is buying. He was extremely thorough and pointed out issues and happily answered questions of concern that I had on my son's behalf. He spent a great deal of time looking over the outside unit as well as the attic unit where it was extremely hot and found a number of other issues of concern and for this we are grateful. George was extremely nice and pleasant and friendly and made the experience much easier that I expected. A huge thank you.

Mark came out and was on time. Very professional and very nice. I highly recommend these guys. They did not try to gouge me, they were straight up. Mark found my problem and fixed it. I can't say enough about Cover HVAC. Definitely will recommend and use in the future.

I highly recommend this company. I had a leak that 3 other technicians couldn't fix(NOT from Cover). I Called Cover HVAC and had a tech (Brian) show up a little over an hour after I called, and he fixed the issue in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them in the future from now on.

Highly recommend. Most respectful, professional HVAC techs you'll find around. They keep a clean worksite every day and make sure the job is done right. They don't cut corners. In several instances they took on small additional pieces of the job because things came up; where a major scope increase was necessary, the pricing offered was extremely reasonable (pretty much at cost). Jeremy is knowledgeable on a wide range of equipment options and able to work with my reasonably complex existing installation. Thanks y'all!

Our A/C suddenly stopped cooling and AHS declined to cover the repair expenses. I called a few companies and Cover HVAC fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. First, a technician (George) came to diagnose the problem and they only charged $89 for the diagnosis. Then a team of technicians (Mark and Cameron) replaced the evaporation coil that was leaking but the system didn’t perform at the desired level immediately. After my phone call, Jeremy (company owner) sent another technician (George) within 3 hours to fine tune the system. Now it’s working great. Well, I think I finally found an A/C company that I can rely on. Their service was very fast and accurate. And they are always very kind. I would definitely recommend.

We got estimates from 4 companies before purchasing our new A/C. Jeremy was by far the most knowledgeable, and his bid was detailed and fair. He was also able to solve an issue we had with cooling parts of our home. The install was painless, thanks to Jeremy and his great crew!

Had a new ac and furnance installed about 3 months ago. discovered my heat was not working. they came out and and found the problem inside 5 minutes. simply forgot to hook up a wire during installation. man also noticed that my thermostat needed to be rewired for it to talk properly to the new furnace. everthing working great now. Cover HVAC really came through! Having already spent a hot night when our AC quit cooling, they managed to work us into the schedule that day. Brian showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He got us fixed up, tested the system and then waited a bit to make sure the house was cooling down. He even played with my dog while he waited (the dog loved him, by the way — that says something). Receipt was emailed immediately and Brian was on his way.

AC went out on the weekend. Jeremy had someone over within an hour. Turned out to be a piece of tree that had gotten into the fan blade. Tech removed it and did an excellent job getting it working again. Highly recommend this company!!

Great service. Always on time and a competitive price that was better than the other guy. Plus a lifetime warranty on the outside unit which the other guy did not offer. Cover HVAC always stands behind there work. I depend on them for our spring check up and anytime we might have an issue.

Mark was very polite, very professional and productive!! What more could you ask for! He did exactly what he was called out to do. His job ☺️ he will be back to replace 1 part. I highly recommend this company 👌 🙌 👏
