Prestige came out and diagnosed our old AC system that was no longer working. They guided us through the processes of what we were going to need in our new system, and how they would go about doing that for us. They gave us a few options and allowed us to choose what would work best for our home and budget. They pointed out what we needed and the technical need behind everything so that we knew the reasons behind their suggestions. We worked with Brian and he was very prompt and courteous. We would most definitely call them again for any heating or AC needs. We love Prestige!

We have used Prestige with two of my homes. The last time we used them, they came out during the Covid pandemic. They did a full indoor and outdoor AC replacement, including duct work. The pricing was great, and the whole job went smoothly. It only took them two days to finish the job. They were courteous, respectful, and wore masks the whole time they were here. About a week later we discovered that one room in the house seemed to be a bit warmer than the others. They came out right away, free of charge, and adjusted the AC to balance it out, and completely fixed the problem. I have been beyond impressed with their service and would gladly use them again.

I use Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning to take care of the seasonal maintenance for several rental properties I manage for an owner. I have also used them to install completely new systems and have always been impressed by their ability to schedule, complete the work on time and the quality of their equipment and service! Their office manager Miranda is always a pleasure to work with and very helpful and their service Techs, especially Pablo, are always knowledgeable and able to explain everything clearly. I never have to worry when Prestige is taking care of things for me!

I've worked with Brian at Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning dozens of times. We have worked alongside each other in many residential and commercial jobs. He has always done such a great job, that I use him for the AC system at my personal home as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Prestige and Brian. They are professional, reliable, and do fantastic work. Through my electrical company, I have been able to refer many people to them in the past, and will continue to do so for anyone looking for heating and AC needs.

We were having issues with our air conditioning unit going in and out. After a few attempts trying to fix it ourselves it eventually died on us. I called Prestige that night, after hours, and they called me right back! I was impressed that they were willing to call me back that night and not just wait until the next day. They came out the following day and were very professional in their work and appearance. They were also wearing masks the whole time. They ended up fixing the capacitor, as well as blew out one of our lines which was clogged with trash. Doing this saved us from having future issues, so I was grateful they went the extra mile to do that! I was able to pay by card over the phone, so I really appreciated that convenience! We had a great experience with them, and I Would recommend anyone needing great customer service to call Prestige!

These guys have worked on my houses for the last 15 years, and I will always go back to them. Pablo is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Brian is great and easy to work with. If I ever call them with a need they are incredibly fast to get back to me. I definitely recommend Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning

David did a fantastic job! He was very helpful in helping us figure out why we had leak in our house. It turned out to be the roof and not the ac, but David took the time to show us the issue so we could address it. When then asked if we could add on an AC flush/service and he did it no problem! He was all around amazing!

David did a heater checkup as part of our annual service contract. He showed up on time and got right to work on inspecting and servicing the two systems. He was very transparent and informative about issues starting to appear with our downstairs heat exchanger. All of Prestige’s techs are extremely forthcoming and happy to educate the customer on system issues. There’s no attempt to upsell the customer with unnecessary service, which I appreciate.

BrianGesner and his crew are absolutely amazing my heater went out during the ice storm in February of 2021 and they came out the day of the storm and got us up and running, changed out our whole system during a freeze, we sold our house since then and had to change our system at the new house yesterday we are up and running now,Prestige is a godsend thank you very much from the Rueben family we got the yearly maintenance plan and during the scheduled inspection they found mold that had been building up for a long period of time that we did not know about and was causing our kids to get sick who had severe asthma i cant thank the team enough for their knowledge and expertise the service we had was priceless, we are forever grateful thank you Prestige.

Brian’s team was professional, on time, informative through the process and all work was completed as promised. AC unit replaced and a cool house! I will always use Brian and his crew, as well as recommend them to everyone I know!.

This amazing company I cannot recommend more! Just as a friendly call to see why a room was hot, we found a massive mold issue, incorrect installment and a slew of other issues! Brian gave me a full walk through of what to expect, how we would be serviced and we’ve never been happier with our heating and cooling. I’ve recommend them to several of my friends and my family, which they also did impeccable work. And I love their commercial! When your comfort is under siege, call Prestige! So clever!

I had a fantastic experience with Brian and his team.
We bought our first home and the AC was ancient and it wasn't cooling the homelike we needed.
They were very responsive and and their price was more reasonable or than other estimates that I received.
My home is cooler and easier cool.
Definitely recommend them.

Avoid Prestige Heating at all costs! I've had a series of disappointing experiences with them.

About 8 months ago, I had a water leak from my AC unit that ruined the plenum. They replaced the plenum but also upsold me on additional equipment that I may not have needed.

Recently, my AC stopped working, and they claimed the fan was jammed. They also said that, for some reason, the heater had the wires disconnected from it, and the gas turned off. They denied doing this even though no other company had touched it.

After calling them many times, they said they could not find a new fan and that I needed a new heater. They denied having anything to do with the heater being disconnected. It was strange that their previous technician said that the heater was going to need replacement and was trying to get us to buy a new one.

Throughout this entire ordeal, I never received a single call from Prestige to update me, check on the status of my issue, or offer any assistance.

After multiple calls to them and no resolution, I got a quote for a new heater that was $1200 more than a competitor's quote. The competitor found that the fan was not jammed, but the heater's motherboard was malfunctioning. They also pointed out several other subpar workmanship issues, including a partially dumped plenum in my attic.

Prestige Heating's lack of accountability, poor work quality, and high prices make them a company I would not recommend.

I would give Prestige Heating and AC 5 Stars! Prestige does all of my maintenance and put in a new AC system for me. They are always here when they say they will be. Whenever I've had any kind of outage they are able to come out and help me right away. Brian, Mike and Alex have been great to work with and very respectful. They are very quick to get me on the schedule when I have an issue. They have a high standard of service and they always make sure the job is done exactly how it should be. I will continue to use Prestige for my HVAC needs.

I have used Prestige multiple times through the last couple of years and have always been happy with their service. We have had multiple units repaired and replaced, as well as our ductwork. The prices have always been fair and the work has been done quickly and on time. Any time something has gone wrong, the technicians have been very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are always very fast to get out to me and take care of things whenever I need them.

AC went out. Prestige was able to come out the same day, identify the problem , obtain a new part and install in a few hours. The service person was kind and explained everything well. I highly recommend Prestige Heat & Air - a quality company.

Ive known Bryan for many years. His company has always stood out. I was fortunate enough to not have to rely on his specalties for many years.

I caused a leak in my garage unit. He had a Tech over the next day and was able to fix everything fast and easy. The tech left the site better than when he arrived.

I was communicated with every step of the way. What a great experience!

Gave 5 stars because it didn't allow 10.
Even during a natural emergency, they responded same day. Needed a part from a supplier who was closed.
Managed to fix everything the next day.

The first service tech to come out was truly an expert. This was not the typical you need a capacitor issue.

2nd technician was the Owner. He came with an upgraded control voltage transformer to prevent this problem from happening again.

Other companies have told us the unit is shot and needs a complete replacement.
We were not pressured on an up sale. Simply fixed our problem.

We will use them in the future and will also be setting up a service agreement to take care of 5 units for us.

Prestige is THE BEST around! We have used them for everything from minor tune ups to more major repairs. We had had HVAC issues with our house ever since we had moved in and no one could ever tell us what was wrong, until we called Brian at Prestige. He was able to come out on a Saturday and within 20 or 30 minutes, had diagnosed the problem for us and got it taken care of! Brian is one of the best. I have come to know him through business events over time and he truly has great character. I can contact him, even after hours, with any AC needs and he's always responding right away. We already have him booked for another job at our business and look forward to working with him again! If you are in need of a heating or AC repair, Brian at Prestige is your guy!

Brian Gesner always takes care of everything! He is a man of his word and follows through like a true businessman should. His employees, Walker & Cade, were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to do business with them for all of my HVAC needs. I would also recommend them to everyone especially military veterans like myself. They are truly veteran friendly!
