Prestige continues to be my go to for HVAC maintenance and installation. I called them on Sunday morning and a tech was in my house Monday afternoon. He spent several hours troubleshooting a difficult issue and got it fixed. We are very happy and thankful.

Prestige did an awesome job for me! They changed out my vent and cleaned out my furnace about 5 months ago. I haven't had any issues since they came out. Brian and his team to A+ work and I know I never have to worry about them doing a great job. Their communication was spot on and they actually finished ahead of schedule! 5 stars for sure. I would definitely use Prestige again.

Prestige always does an excellent job! I've been working with them for about 10 years now. I used a previous company before I discovered Prestige. I found myself constantly calling because something was always breaking. Prestige happened to show up at my doorstep on the very day my AC broke again! And I've been happy ever since. My husband has passed away since then, and I am grateful to have found Prestige when I did. Prestige is always a company that I can trust to be honest with me and do wonderful work. They have since fixed all of the issues that I had experienced previously. Brian and his team have gotten both my systems in my home working beautifully. The team is professional, kind and knowledgeable. I am so glad I have found them. There is nothing worse than your ac going out in Houston's hot summers, and I know I can always count on Brian and his guys to come out for emergency service if I were to need him.

Absolutely the best service. Miguel came out on a Sunday afternoon to help us out when our unit went down. He and his team were fast and reliable extremely professional and did an excellent job! Thank you so much highly recommend Prestige Air Service

The guys at Prestige Air do such a great job! I have multiple locations with a number of HVAC units at each. They do my maintenance and keep the units running great! And the workman are so courteous and polite! Love them!

We have been using Prestige Heating and A/C for years. Our heater went out recently so we called Prestige. They got us scheduled right away. Daniel came to our rescue yesterday before the cold front comes through. He was right on time, extremely professional, great at communicating the issue/resolve and got our heater up and running again. Overall great company and quality service. Highly recommend!

I called Prestige to come out to my home when my AC went out unexpectedly. I spoke with Brian and he had someone out to my house within 30 minutes. The repairman was very professional and great at his job. The whole process took about an hour and a half from the time I called, to the time they were done! By the time he left, everything was working perfectly and my house was nice and cool again. I am always so impressed with their service. Brian is honest and professional. I will be a Prestige customer for life!

Prestige has been helping us for years and they’re always very up front and detailed with the services they provide. Their service is always timely and you can actually bank on a service window where a lot of other companies will leave you hanging all day waiting for service. Before we had prestige, one of the brand name companies came to look at our unit and told lies and tried to upsell on everything - I really appreciated the no nonsense approach of prestige.

Would not recommend. At all. I Called to have my AC repaired. They show up and figure out what’s . They don’t have the part with them. They can’t go pick it up that day because they are “really busy”. I would expect that if I am the customer and they are at my house to repair my broken ac, they would fix it before moving on to the next call, not so, apparently. I guess the next calls were more important. So myself, my wife and 2 little babies were without AC for an extended period. They tell us we are first on the list to be repaired the next day. They show up after 12 PM, and they have the wrong part. So they have to go pick up the correct one. This place was unprofessional and I would look anywhere else next time.

Caleb came out from Prestige and he was great. It took him less than a minute in the attic and let me know that I could not run my system like it was because not only was it not finished, but it was dangerous (because of previous installers). He got me up and partially running so the below freezing weather would not be so bad. They will be coming back out tomorrow to correct what was done wrong. I highly recommend Prestige. I hope I get Caleb back out again.

Prestige came to our rescue yet again today!!! I’ve been using this company for 8 years now and I’ve never been left waiting or overspending. I called and reported that our AC wasn’t coming on and we had a tech at our home within an hour. We will sleep comfortably tonight thanks to Prestige’s quick and excellent service!

Prestige installed a new air conditioner and furnace. The price was lower than other companies and now I have a maintenance contract with them. The tech that comes out is great and tells me what he is going to do. I highly recommend them.

I've owned my home and commercial property inspection business since 2002. I know a thing or two about HVAC systems and components. And the importance of having your units serviced twice a year. That knowledge is what led me to choose Prestige HVAC to service my units a few years ago. They keep our systems running in top condition. And are able to catch failing components ahead of time. So there's less likelihood of surprise failures during the heat of the summer.
I can't recommend them enough.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE: we were a bit frantic when our other a/c company gave us the run around while trying to get our problem diagnosed, but Prestige got us on the schedule day of and got all of our needs taken care of immediately. We're usually suffering for weeks but they made this whole ordeal extremely easy and quick. I can't say enough great things about our experience! It's obvious that they truly care about their customers 💖 looking forward to building a longterm relationship with them!!

Had someone out next morning to fix our AC that was damaged from the lightning storm yesterday. As we all know sometimes things do not go as planned… It went out again after the first attempt.. Brian himself came out personally to get us back to blowing cold cause we were going to a concert tonight.. Brian is considered family and with our kids home alone he said he would come personally to put my wife at ease seeing as our kids know him as well.
Mind you this is a Saturday at 4:30. He sacrificed the rest of his Saturday to come help.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Prestige did a great job to just fix the issues my HVAC system had and is competitively priced. They’ll be my go to AC company from now on.

This experience was dreadful based on the following:

-Broke commitments to call back after getting a hold of one or both receptionists. The calls had to be initiated more than once after no responses to emails or initial call regarding availability for scheduling for installation, receipt of financial paperwork and scheduling for follow up to fix repairs for damage on initial consult and missed installation due to forgetting equipment. Please note that we waited 1 week after the first initial call and the frequency had to become more frequent just to get someone to confirm we were on the schedule and obtain steps on how to file for financing.
-Not showing up with full crew on installation date (duct installation with UV light) which caused several hours of crew to sit and wait until crew showed up.
-Not showing up with full equipment after already being informed from receptionist and staff on what equipment is needed. Part of the crew showed up and stated they needed to wait until the rest of the crew arrived with the equipment to start the installations. After the crew showed up, they didn't inform my husband at the end that they forgot to bring the UV light that needed to be installed in the duct. The UV light alone is $300.
-Created damage from drywall with hole in ceiling from installation.
-Requesting financial documentation to be resubmitted after confirming over the phone and before installation that the documentation was sufficient.
-Forgetting equipment AGAIN for followup installation of UV light and repair to drywall. The crew arrived at 4:30pm and their arrival time was from 1-5pm. We had confirmed with the receptionist at 2pm that the crew was aware that they had a followup for the installation of the UV light and repair of the drywall, but the crew showed up and stated they needed to go to the store to pickup drywall.
-It took them 3 visits to finish putting new drywall, sanding and painting the section where the hole in the ceiling was.
-Didn't install ducts for all vents in house (left 1). This left a bedroom without air from the AC.
-Had appt for 9am-12pm for the remaining duct go be installed. They didn't show up until 2:45pm and give any notice they would be arriving later. When they arrived and examined the area needed for the duct, they stated they needed to go to the store to get the duct.

Because Prestige was forgetful with customer commitments, shows evidence of miscommunication or no communication between staff, irresponsible regarding crew and equipment availability, and lack of accountability, this experience has been very disappointing.

The team is professional all the way around - knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious and great at communicating. Highly recommend for HVAC services and duct cleaning.

Prestige was excellent to work with. Very reasonable on pricing, & offered financing, which is helpful to my personal budget. We had a nasty leak from our existing AC unit, & it wasn't really fixable. Prestige was able to get us prioritized, and they installed a new unit in a very timely & professional manner. Celleste was a pleasure to work with on the estimates, financing, & scheduling. Caleb was great as a technician. Very professional & serious about the task at hand. The owners are also genuinely stand-up folks. They did right by us. Strongly recommend. Thank you to the Prestige Team for their hard work!

Absolutely great experience and a very trustworthy company. Now I understand why they were so highly recommended in our neighborhood group. We will continue to use their services for maintenance and future needs.
