Awesome service! I got three quotes from other companies and Mairathon was reasonable compared to the others. They also had great financing options which allowed me to move forward with replacing all three of my units. The team that came out got the job done in one day and they were very respectful. The owner also came out the day of install to make sure we were happy with the service. I also signed up for the service agreement where they do a heat check in the winter and cooling check in the spring. Enjoyed doing business with a company/owner that really cares about doing good work and follows up to make sure all is well.

We had an amazing experience with Jeff and his team at Mairathon. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and truly an expert at what he does. I am so grateful to have found Jeff. He answered all my questions and was very assuring that our new install would get done properly. With my situation there was so much fear mongering from other hvac companies, but not with Jeff. He was and is always available to help and answer any questions. I am so grateful for that. When it comes to HVAC you want the best of the best that knows what they're doing and Mairathon is exactly that. We will always use Mairathon and they will always be who we recommend.

Awesome service. Had one of our HVAC units go down. They came out and within minutes diagnosed what went wrong, ordered new parts, and had my AC working again the next day!

Jeff was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate our family and check on our heater at the coldest part of winter so far. He discovered that some maintenance needed to be performed and took care of it right away. He also found the reason why our heater went out, and in less than 24 hours, he had his team pick up the part we needed (which was still under warranty) and replace it right away. We were not home when the part was ready, but because he came highly recommended I trusted him and his team enough to let them in remotely. In under an hour the part was replaced, heater was back on and we came home to a warm home. The house was not disturbed, and I was able to provide heat to the guests we had coming into town the next day. I highly recommend Mairathon Cooling and Heating. If I had to describe them in 3 words it would be honest, responsive, quality.

Jeff has done all of the HVAC work since we bought our 80’s home. He has responded three times now in emergencies when we had leaks from old components. Eventually he replaced two of our oldest units and the duct work as well as going the extra mile to recommend additional return air vents, which have really helped. We’ll never call anyone else! He and his team are professional, extremely responsive, willing to do repair before replacement and very knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend!

Great service. Easy yo work with. Will be my ac company going forward. These guys know what they are doing. They want customers and not victims. They know that if they make you happy and charge a fair price, you will be a customer for life. They do not make up work or add unnecessary items to the bill. Simple, straight forward honest work at a fair price. Happy I found them.

Jeff was awesome! Was very patient and worked with us for several months while we tried to navigate which option we were going with for an full HVAC system replacement and went above and beyond helping us deal with some home warranty and home insurance coverages. The install was incredible as well. His team were very professional, thorough and very clean. I’m pretty sure they even cleaned up some old trash previous techs have left in my attic over the years and left it cleaner than it was when they arrived. In the back yard around the condenser, they did some raking and added some sand to make sure the pad was perfectly level and even cut out a few roots from some old bushes that were around the previous unit to make sure they wouldn’t be a problem.

Jeff has saved our sanity on more than one occasion. He has helped us on an emergency basis, even once coming outside of operating hours to help with an issue. He always takes the time to explain what he's doing, and stands by his work. Highly recommend.

Jeff is an upstanding guy and about as honest as they come. He will not try to sell you something you do not need. Over the past four years in using him, he has come on short notice and even after hours. His responsiveness and customer service put him above others, and I cannot recommend him and his company enough. I refer them to clients and neighbors anytime the ask arises. Last year he replaced my entire HVAC system and duct work, but he also does our regular bi-annual servicing of our units. You cannot go wrong with Mairathon!

From start to finish Jeff and his team did an amazing job. We had a unit go out and Jeff was awesome at suggesting the right unit for the right price. Once we decided our direction they worked fast to get the ac back on in our home. Installation was flawless! The team kept our house perfectly clean and you can really see the difference in the install. I’m a contractor and I know what good work looks like and Jeff exceeded every expectation. I had a leak in my AC unit and I got service done the same day !! They were very sweet people , Blake our inspector came out and fix it in no time ! He called and did follow up on his location which I greatly appreciate ! The price is very affordable ! I will definitely pass this company down to my family and friends ! Thank y'all again !

Country Air was amazing. The techs were prompt and friendly. Within 15 mins they identified the problem. 30 mins later my house was cool again. Really incredible and attentive service!

Zac and Joshua came out to fix a bad install by my builder (new home from 2021). Evaporator Coil splash guard lip did not channel water into the main drip pan - thus some of the water ended up in the box and eventually dripped into the secondary/backup pan. The crew had to remove the old guard, scape off the atrocious silicon (not mandated by Carrier install documentation), and reinstall the splash guard properly (reordered Carrier part). Everything sealed up properly.

I come from an automotive service tech background - so I’m not new to AC work, I just don’t have time to do it myself. Country Air does good work and has integrity. I am impressed and will absolutely be recommending family and colleagues use them. Very good work folks.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Country Air did for us. Zach and his team were professional, respectful, super knowledgeable, and very clean. They did ductwork for us and even made sure our whole system (that they did not install) was running perfectly. I highly recommend!

We hired Country Air to clean our a/c ducts and to blow additional insulation into our attic. The technicians were on time, very pleasant and efficient.

So glad I found this company! I called them when my original ac company did a no call/no show, and they were able to come out the same day. They actually listened to what we had to say and were good at explaining things without a lot of jargon. The problem required a follow-up visit the next day, and they were equally as responsive to my request for service. We're definitely feeling a lot more confident that our heating and cooling needs are in good hands.

After hours fee was very reasonable, Tech was knowledgeable and helpful, initial phone call was returned quickly and showed up in about 30 minutes. Will be using them again if needed.

This is our second review. Andres and Gabe came today to do some additional work we requested. The job was in a very tight, inconvenient area in our attic...(sorry) but they patiently and tirelessly accomplished the task...Again, both were very helpful and informative...this company is amazing...Even the office staff went out of their way to honor my request on scheduling...thanks again to all!

We actually had 3 AC units, in our home, that we needed to have inspected. Andres came and met with us. In short, he was amazing....extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions patiently. He also found a pretty significant issue, that needed to be corrected, that I believe others may not have been able to find. We are extremely please with Andres and Country Air.
