Zac and his partner were very polite. They showed up and went right to work to find out the problem with our AC. If I had any questions, they had no problems answering them. It took them maybe 5 minutes to figure out the issue then explained everything to me what needed to be done. They didn’t sugarcoat it, they gave it to me straight. When we bought the house a year ago we were told the sellers had the AC cleaned, after I saw the inside it definitely was not cleaned. It sounds so quiet now! But he did tell us it may last 3 day or a year. Just be ready. Hay it’s still working and we are on day 4!! lol.

We know we will need to replace the AC soon but we know who we will be going through at least. Thanks guys!

Best experience I have ever had with an A/C company. Kayla was extremely friendly & professional when I called & she dispatched a technician who arrived within 1.5 hours. Our technician Jake was fantastic! He was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He was able to diagnose & fix our issue in 10 minutes. We will use Country Air for all of our future HVAC needs & highly recommend you do too!

The Country Air technician showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained everything clearly. Which is par for the course for Country Air.

These guys are very professional and very knowledgeable! Fair prices and it came with discounts, can’t beet that! We had a 3part ac system put in and these guys came twice making sure everything was balanced and all vents running properly they even made sure my daughters room air quality was adjusted correctly since her room stayed very warm. We are very pleased with this ac unit and would definitely recommend Country Air!

Our firefighters at our station 63 they work hard day in and day out. They need a place to cool off and our station A/C was froze over. We needed Freon . I called a company and they said they were coming out then later said would not make it. So I called Country Air they said they would bill us and they would be there within an hour. They kept their promise .I want to thank you and we will be using you again in the future.

Had a Major AC problem and they had technicians out that day to check AC Unit. Had to replace compressor and other equipment. They had the new parts and were at the house fixing it two days later.
Technicians were very nice and they were finished quickly.

Never tried to upscale me on anything I didn’t need and price was good for the service.

No AC in July in Houston is no joke….already feeling it cool off.

Great company to do business with. Our unit quit working on a Sunday and they had a tech out in less than two hours. Fixed our problem and the unit is running better than before. Fair pricing and excellent communication as well. Thank you Country Air!

Came out on a Sunday, Tech Dillon was Courteous and professional. They are still working on the problem from a lightning, strike to the house that damaged a lot of appliances, including the HVAC.

Dillon did a great job with our spring HVAC maintenance. Very professional , arrived on time and provided thorough feedback about our systems.

I called because our AC stopped working. They were at my house within an hour, and had the problem resolved within another hour. They are friendly, fast, reasonably priced, and happy to help. 10/10! Thanks so much for offering stellar service.

Been using Country Air for many years. Always prompt service and willing to help limp along older units. Have them pricing out 2 5 ton units and if prices are good will be giving them business on the new install

Amazing! Professional and honest. A rare find. I have never felt more comfortable with people in my house. From Abby who answers the phone, to Tyler the GM, the install crew and service tech, Matthew, *everyone* is kind and personable. What a great company!

I chose the twice yearly check up platinum package specifically to include the dryer vent cleaning. It’s definitely worth it!
The service men were very professional and cordial. Answered my questions and explained everything they did for the appointment. Totally recommend them!!

I would avoid the company as well, the technicians are inexperienced. In 2024 we hired them for a Deep Clean on a home mini split. They sent two tech out, they did a shallow cleaning and failed to clean the unit porperly. The company made it right and sent their “senior” tech out, and did a proper cleaning. We hired them again shortly after on the condition the same tech come out. He did, they did a good job.

December 4th 2025 we hired them again, the two techs they sent out upon arrival had to ask me what the job even was and I had to inform them it was a deep clean on a mini split. They said ok and got to work, they had a hard time taking it apart, and they at one point asked me for cleaning rags to wipe out the case. I was surprised at the request.

I asked them if they had the bag and cleaning system and the lead guy had no clue what I was even talking about. They called the shop and apparently they forgot the cleaning kit. The techs left and went back to the shop.

When they came back they said the shop did not have the kit, and needed to order it, so they’d do the best they can and have to come back out. They half way wiped my unit down, didn’t clean the outside coil or unit, didn’t even fully clean the case and started putting it back together.

When they finished, they literally left a cover from the inside of the unit out, and told me it was irrelevant… They had left over parts!!!

They tried to offer to reinstall it but I wasn’t taking that risk.

Now it’s January, my Minisplit now is not functioning properly, I have a left off part from the job, and the company never contacted us again.

Your reply is false… You booked the job and sent the techs out first, they had no clue what the job even was, they didn’t have the cleaning kit, they had to return to the shop.

When they got back from the shop they said they didn’t have the kit, and would need to come back.

Not once have you contacted me since then.

The electrical panel cover was installed on the Split before your techs removed it. When they were leaving I found it and showed it to them.

They were absolutely dumbfounded on what to do. When the older tech told me it’s fine and not needed, you could see the younger tech react to my face, because I couldn’t understand how it was not needed, it was an installed cover before it was removed by the tech.

Now it’s March and my unit is not working properly.

Down to one star based on the it’s not our fault even though it’s our fault reply.
