Had blower motor on heater go out. I called Joseph at Ninja A/C. He was out the next morning to inspect; had parts picked up and since a cold front was coming the next day, he installed that evening .

Joseph came in and diagnosed the leak and gave us a deal for a new coil which was rusted out and filled us up. House is extremely cool now. They came in and get it done. I give AC Ninja my highest recommendation!

Very responsive, professional and personable. After waking up to a hot house, I called Joe at 8:30 am. He was on his way to another appointment but could work me in afterwards. He texted me an update when he was on his way and was at my house by 11:30, with a solution identified by noon and a new part in place a short time later. My house was cooling again by 2:00, which is a very good thing in late June. Joe and his team were very efficient and kind, and I felt like I received a fair price along with great service.

Joseph Stout and A/C Ninja are my “go-to” guys now for A/C work. I have had a hell of a time the last 2 weeks trying to find a technician to service my A/C system. He was the next on my list in this frustrating search. I contacted him and he was literally at the address within 30 minutes. He made a detour to help me out after hearing the issues I was having. He then diagnosed the probable issues and did NOT try to upsell me on services or equipment I really didn’t need. This is how business used to be done, how it still should be done. With integrity, professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend them for anyone. And I have a couple large scale projects by the end of the year that I will absolutely make them my first phone call now.

Great HVAC company with amazing service. I spoke to Joseph about installing a mini split system which they did for a very fair price and the service was 5 star. I would highly recommend AC Ninja and would not hesitate to use them again.

The absolute best quality of service you could ask for! I had an AC drain leak in my attic that ruined my ceiling. The AC Ninja crew repaired it within a couple hrs at half of the price I received on other estimates. Well, it happened. My 20 year old Trane AC finally went down. My initial thought was- call one of those big companies, surely their buying power is large enough, they’ll be able to offer the lowest prices.... wrong! After being quoted for a nearly 15K HVAC install, I started looking around. I happened upon AC Ninja’s name because of their stellar customer reviews, and I’m here to tell you why I am adding to that 5 Star list.

Joseph answered my phone call immediately! He came out on a Saturday morning! His estimate was FREE! His price was by far the best! He showed up ON TIME of install! He went over and above what was asked! He fixed other issues he happened upon without an increase in price! By far the best experience I’ve had with an AC company, highly recommend.
