This is our first time using Wright AC & Heating and will definitely be using them again. Richard was very professional, friendly and kept us informed of everything he was doing while here. Our air conditioner was not putting out cold air and was making a strange noise. It's an older unit and we thought for sure it was going to need to be replaced. Richard was able to fix it without replacing it. Most companies would say it needed replacing to make a big sale. We really appreciate that Wright is not like that. I would highly recommend Wright AC & Heating.

$15,000 for one of the higher end Train systems, They were not able to get the airflow correct even though it was fine before replacement. Several calls for the same issue and they were unable to fix and now when I call, they just say it's out of warranty and I'll have to pay for the system that never worked correctly from the start. They charge additional service fee when you sign up for their yearly service but never show up do perform the service. The technician seemed not to be very experienced with the higher end units and unable to fix issues then when it gets out of warranty, even though there's documentation of the same issue in multiple visits, they say it's out of warranty and your problem. Now I would stay away and would not recommend this company.

I just replaced my entire AC system with them. They sent out one of their guys named Eric and I am thankful he was the one sent. The man is a guru. I had a million questions and then repeated those million questions 😂. I’m sure I held him up every day he came to my house, but he was patient and explained everything in detail. Prior to this I had many other companies quote me and I just did not feel they understood the set up I was trying to have. Eric was on the money. Everything is looking great and it was a clean install.

This was my second experience with this company. The same tech Richard came out and did a stellar job again. He identified the issue and resolved it efficiently and effectively. I will be calling The Wright Air Conditioning company for any future issues, and highly recommend them!

Richard from A1 Wright arrived on time and did a great job servicing my home. He also offered helpful advice on how to keep everything running smoothly. Since the service, my upstairs bedroom feels significantly cooler—better than it has in the two months we've been living here. Much appreciated!

Great Service - Fair Pricing. Called late in the afternoon, Austin was out the next morning. Replaced a bad capacitor, had it cooling again in under 30 minutes. Pricing was fair. My previous A/C guy has retired, so I’ll be calling again.

The technician, Nathan, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and professional. Nathan not only helped with my humidity concerns and improved the efficiency of my system, but he taught me a lot about the system. This was my first time using The Wright Air Conditioning & Heating company. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Richard serviced our air conditioning system today. He was on time, professional, and knowledgable. Not surprised because Wright Air is always dependable and communicative with their customers. We’ve been happy customers for many years. Wright Air never disappoints!

We got a quick response from Wright AC on a Sunday night around 7:00 pm. They had Brandon to our house in about an hour. Brandon was polite and knowledgeable. We were up and running in no time. We are grateful for this company. Wright AC excels in customer service and integrity.

Justin did a wonderful job on this service call we had today. We love right air conditioning and heating we have been a customer for over 15 years they have never let us down they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy they have also done quite a few people that we recommended and they were super happy as well but like to say big thanks to Justin for coming today and getting us everything we need to be comfortable. Richard was very personable and knowledgeable. Our AC unit is over 20 years old, and it was up and running in no time! He explained additional things about our unit to pay attention to so we can keep it running and keep cool as long as possible. Richard has been great! Always honest and does great work! Very professional. Example: today, they honestly told me I needed a breaker replaced and nothing else. No up charges or services not needed!

And now on 05/27/25, Austin came down and swiftly identified an electrical issue and resolved it. He was polite and knowledgeable.

Another update, 06/27/2025, Nathen diagnosed and concisely explained the inefficiencies with my air condenser and AC unit upstairs, kept me informed throughout the maintenance process. Excellent service!

My home is a new construction, hence the many visits for the AC. Things should be smooth after today.
