Tristan did a great job a was very polite. He. Made sure I knew what was going on and also had pictures to show me (our unit is on the roof) detailing repairs. Over the years we have appreciated all the work we have received from Wright AC and their employees

Brandon came out and replaced one of our thermostats. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Cleaned up after himself and was very personable. He is welcome at our house anytime, and hope he comes out on our next service call.

Of course, heater stopped working on one of the coldest mornings and on the weekend. Technician Brandon was at our house in about 30 minutes. He found the issue and had it fixed within an hour. We have used The Wright A/C and heating for a few years and have always had a positive experience from customer service to the technician. Keep up the good work!

The Wright A/C & Heat is the best HVAC company I have ever conducted business with. Their team is absolutely amazing. Eric, one of their service technician’s is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their entire staff is very respectful and helpful, and prices are very reasonable.

Eric got our whole system change out taken care of and looking sharp. Complete night and day from old setup to new. Came back and did a final walk and fine tuned the system. The install crew were awesome. The system, inside and out, is clean! Really smooth work. We figured out the best unit for what I needed and it was installed the next day along with adding a return and upsizing 2 other ducts. Really solid group of guys. Not a robot and I rarely leave reviews.

We called the right air-conditioning and heating company and they sent somebody out the same day within the hour. The technician Nick was incredibly professional and personable. He diagnosed our issues and came up with a plan and price that was reasonable.

Nick was incredibly professional and respectful and completed his job with minimal noise while we had a baby sleeping.

I called them after being told it would take 4 to 5 days for anyone to come out to fix my air conditioner. He was here in two hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He did an awesome job and the price was extremely fair.

James was on time, found the problem quickly and provided solid information on how to resolve and maintain. He was also very cost effective and friendly! I recommend him to anyone that wants an honest AC repair!

James is incredibly professional and did an amazing job! He is extremely knowledgeable and was even able to remove a “proprietary” Honeywell system circuit board that prevented better user customization in short time. He also took the time to adjust some various HVAC settings that the builder of my house overlooked THEN took the time to explain different functions of my system and how best to maintain my system. I will be using James for all my HVAC needs, and will recommend him to everyone I know!

Noticed my AC wasn't working Monday morning and gave 1st Choice Air Repair a call. Within an hour James knocked on my door. He replaced the fan motor in my outdoor unit for a great price. Very professional. Very fast. Will absolutely be a repeat customer. Highly recommended.

I was extremely impressed with 1st Choice service. He arrived in an hour. After checking the unit, he thoroughly explained what he found and gave me several options with very reasonable prices. Which I truly appreciated. Because by this time I was frustrated after receiving estimates from two other companies, the first told me I needed to replace the entire unit, the second company gave me an estimate padded with numerous additions. Needless to say, I really wish 1st Choice was my first choice. I will continue using this service in the future. The high quality work, honesty and fare price sold me. I am highly recommending this company.

We contacted James for an estimate to replace the original ductwork in our 40 year old house. After checking everything out, he sat down with us to go over the different options he recommended. He was very fair and thorough! We ended up having him replace not just the ductwork, but our furnace as well + zoning our home. A few days after the work was completed, he followed up to make sure all was going well (it was). We will definitely be calling him for our HVAC needs in the future!

Should be 10 stars, James took care of my old unit for the last 2 years, always professionally with prompt service and reasonable prices, when I was ready to replace my ac he was the only one I called, I knew it would be done correct and at a reasonable price.
