Aug 3, '23 - Richard came out and resolved the issue quickly. Also the response time was phenomenal, I called and they were at the house within an hour! I've used several other companies in this area over the last 10 years and these guys are the best.

Apr 9, '24 - Nathan came out today to perform the annual maintenance on our AC system. He was courteous, professional and thorough. I'm so glad to have this company around to take care for our hvac needs after all the "other" experiences with companies before I found The wRIGHT AC People. Thanks, Nathan, for hooking us up with the loyalty club membership plan.

July 15, 25 - Eric was very thorough inspecting the old rigid ducts, elbows and plenum. He gave us 2 separate broken down quotes for the repair/revitalization work we need done. He was patient and professional. These guys continue to be the best.

Amazing work!! I called and hardly an hour later, a polite and informative technician ( Austin ) was here on a holiday. Quick and easy repair and service, and the pricing was also very competitive and reasonable. It was all over and done with within the hour, and now our AC is up and running again! Austin fixed the issue with our upstairs a/c after a different HVAC repair company based in Magnolia left our repair issue disassembled and in a dangerous condition. Austin was thorough and we have not had any problems with the unit since. Thanks Austin!

I have always believed in supporting local business as much as possible so I started looking for an AC company local to Magnolia. There were neighbors who recommended this company and after reading so many positive Google Reviews I decided to give them a chance. Everyone I have dealt with has been top notch. I think it was Ashley who made my appointment and she was nice as can be. Richard was the technician that came out and was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely nice. The best thing was he tried to offer suggestions and give information but without pushing product. I also liked that he showed me the issues he was finding as well as educated me on them. I felt very good about the service I got, the price I paid and I feel like I learned a lot about my AC units. Look forward to using Wright AC again in the future.

Nathan did an excellent job and it was an all around great experience! I was able to get a same day appointment and Nathan was able to fix it the same day, having the part on him. He was great at explaining and making sure everything was fixed! So happy to have our house cooling at the right temperature again!!

Wright A/C installed my first Trane XL14i (R22 unit) in 2008 and it lasted over 17 years with only going down once for a capacitor. Very good Lifespan for this Texas heat. "Longevity" speaks volumes for the install by Wrights highly skilled technicians. When it was time for a new system I got 3 quotes and shopped around. None of those quotes we're even close to Wright Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a great experience with the new install. Had them install a media filter in attic & extra dampners to better control air flow. The install is perfect. I myself a manufacturing Engineer for over 20 years with a very keen eye for detail. Great experience and a very good install. Great work guys, thank you.

I cannot say enough about this company. George (Jorge Ramos) and his team came out and solved a very challenging high humidity problem (the humidity went from 75 percent down into the 40’s and 50’s overnight after they came!) in our home when no one else could. They were fair, fast, incredibly knowledgeable as well as reasonable. Additionally they were super friendly and cleaned up after themselves ! Such a rarity to find a company that truly cares and listens and then is successful in handling the problem. I highly recommend you get an estimate for whatever you need and compare the difference in quality and service . They are unmatched in the industry I believe.

Brandon S. is an excellent worker! He was very fast, extremely knowledgeable, and wasted no time diagnosing the issue with my A/C. The dual capacitor had gone out, not only did he replace it quickly, but he also went and washing out the outside unit to make sure everything was running as efficiently as possible!
