Our experience with AC Ninja was perfect! Joseph was extremly professional. He fit us in on short notice and was able to get the job done quickly. We would recommend him to anyone we know.

They were prompt, professional, and honest. I’ve had 4 different quotes on replacing my A/C unit and Thermostat and these guys gave me the best deal by far! I highly recommend them, the larger companies will charge you $4k-$6k more for the same type of unit.

I called Joseph from AC Ninja and he gave me some stuff to try before we even agreed on him coming out. Well the stuff I tried didn't work so I was able to get him to come out the very next day. He checked everything out and figured out what the issue was, got it running and even gave me more advice to do myself to help any potential issues I might have later! Super stand up guy who explains everything in easy to understand terms. He could have charged me an arm and a leg for what he did and fixed but he didn't. He was more than fair and honest. I will definitely look to him for any future repairs I might need.

I can't say enough good things about Joseph. He has bailed our family out on a moments notice several times. He is very professional and thoroughly explains the issue and fix(es). He never tries to push products or service and is very honest about options. Our family will stay with AC Ninja for all of our future needs!

There’s a lot of HVAC companies out there, but this is certainly one you can trust and know you are getting quality service at a very fair price. Joseph, is very professional and will shoot you straight. He replaced our whole system and I am very happy with it. Had a few minor kinks that had to be worked out after the fact, but he hopped on it quick and took care of it.

I wouldn’t trust AC Ninja, absolutely horrible experience & customer service. I scheduled Joseph to come fix our AC and then he bever showed up. Joseph said it’s because they had customers without AC- yet we hired them so this makes us a customer and we didn’t have AC!! If he had told us from the start we were outside their service area we would have called someone else but we were not informed of this. Why take a job and bail after taking our money- do not hire these guys!!

This one of the best AC companies around. They replaced my whole system earlier this year and we couldn't have been happier with the work and how great all the techs were. Everyone was polite and they treated us and our home very well.

If you need maintenance or an upgrade I cannot recommend them enough!

Joseph was fantastic. We were struggling with home warranty contractor and no ac for five days. 89 degrees in the house was horrible.
Called Joseph and he got us an estimate and was at our house within two hours with everything he needed to get us up and running.
Not only did he replace the condenser and the coil, he corrected all the workings from multiple goofy fixes!

We contacted AC Ninja after our air started blowing warm on a hot night. Joseph was able to come by the next day and take a look. He was super communicative and friendly. We opted for a new outside unit since ours was at least 20 years old and everything went smoothly for us. Our air is super cold and we love our new wall panel. Joseph and his guys were AWESOME! They got to my house quickly, fixed it correctly, and it was all for a fair price. I had constant communication and they were perfectly punctual. Hard to find a good contractor in ANY industry that does all that!

The AC Ninja team is our go-to. The owner is responsive, dependable, honest, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. The team installed a new system within a day and went the extra mile for our home. The owner even came out for a service call to fix our secondary unit. Truly appreciate this company!

Joseph is the kind of guy who'll come out to take a look at your system, and then not charge you if he doesn't think it needs professional service. He'll even show you how to do basic maintenance yourself, like cleaning your AC unit and replacing filters.

So when we were in the process of buying a new home and the inspector claimed that he couldn't access the HVAC equipment in the attic, we called Joseph to get a second opinion. He drove an hour to College Station to inspect the system. He caught some issues that the inspector missed and gave us a quote to fix the terrible installation that had been done here, as well as replace all the ductwork. He and his guys started just a few weeks after we closed.

They ran into several issues while doing the job, including having to remove and reinstall the attic stairs because they weren't mounted properly. Despite these difficulties, and working a half a day longer than expected, he stuck to the agreed upon price. After they were finished, we took a quick look in the attic, and we have no idea how they got any of the equipment up there. There's no space to stand up and there's no floor. These guys really are ninjas!

I'm a little surprised by some of the comments in the recent negative review because Joseph would not accept payment from us until the job was complete. He actually specifically told me never to pay a contractor before they're done. He's such a nice guy that after I bought lunch for him and his crew, he offered to buy me lunch the next day.

Whenever we need HVAC work done, we're calling AC Ninja!

Joseph and his guys did an amazing job on our new AC unit in our home even though we live in Plano Tx they came all the way down here and did the installation in less than 8 hours. We highly recommend using AC Ninja for all of your heating and cooling needs as they now have a customer for life.

AC Ninja is great and i would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC repairs or replacements. I knew my old unit was going out soon. I had another company come out and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. Joseph came out, told me what the issue was, and told me we would be lucky to get 2 weeks out of it. We were trying to time the replacement with some other renovations so we gambled. It went out two days later. I texted Joseph on a Sunday that we needed to move forward with the replacement. He texted back immediately and said he would call on Monday morning to see if they had what we needed in stock. He called on Monday and said he would be out here on Tuesday at 8:30 and would be done by 3:30. Everything was done by 3:30 like he said. Great work. Great product. Great prices.

Joe and his team put in a whole new 4 ton system for me as well as an additional intake. He was straightforward and explained everything step by step. He kept the worksite clean.
