Jay is the best. He is knowledgeable and cares about customer service. We have relied on his company High Point for about 5 years now on a handful of our listings in the area. In a world of big companies that often don’t really care about you or keeping your business, it is refreshing to work with a small owner operated business that is honest and has integrity. He isn’t always the least expensive, but he stands by his product and work.

High Point was professional, timely, thorough, and well priced. They did a great job within a very reasonable time frame at a good price. Their team was professional, competent and clean.

Professional and quality is hard to find these days, but not with this company. Jay provided several options to meet our needs for an AC cooling and heating. There were other companies I called. But the response I received from Jay was heart warming. He did not hang up on me. He was out the next day. High Point provided quality installation. The team members were very polite and focused on their job and never disturbed me while I was working. I would highly recommend High Point for AC and Heat repair and replacement.

Great experience! Jay was amazing. Good communication, professional, and quality work. We got an inspection and after a couple visits our A/C is working way better than it ever was before. I've relied on Jay for several maintenance issues with both our heating and AC units over the years. Recently, our upstairs AC unit stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year. Jay came over the same day, diagnosed low freon, and found a leak. He provided an honest assessment, explaining that while adding freon might give us a bit more time, the unit's age and the leak meant a replacement would likely be necessary soon.

Despite knowing we might need a new unit, Jay didn't push for an immediate replacement. Instead, he tried the less expensive option first. When that didn’t work, he and his team returned the next day to install the new unit. They were respectful of our home, leaving everything just as they found it. Jay's pricing was fair, and his honest approach and attention to detail added real value to the service.

Such a great experience all around. High Point dropped off temporary ac unit after my unit went out, no questions asked (new customer, had never given them business…yet). They offered fantastic financing, on good equipment, with a quick turnaround for install. They beat out 3 competitors and the overall experience was pleasant.
