Jay and his crew install a mini split ac in house it took most of the afternoon but the quality of the work shows plus his price was reasonable I think I found my Ac guy

Our old ac system broke down yesterday and we called High Point that was referred to us by a friend. Jay came right away in the morning and figure out what the problem was. He found a burned out compressor and recommended that we change everything to a new more efficient system. We went with the Trane 20 seer system and they came back today and did a very professional job. By 5 o'clock they were already done and our home was already feeling so much better. We are very happy and pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend these guys.

This is the only HVAC company I will ever use. Family owned and operated. Honest. Rare these days. Jay is someone that genuinely cares about you and getting the job done correctly. Also rare. For example, Jay came to our rental property on the same day to fix the AC (on a very hot day). He is professional, friendly and made the extra effort to get the parts the same day. Jay did an excellent job of balancing the air flow for the second floor of our home. Although we had issues with only two rooms, he took the time to check every supply grill on the first and second floor. Very happy with the work, we will continue use High Point HVAC Services in the future.
