The Mariathon Cooling and Heating team is driven to customer service. They were able to quote our unit and duct replacement within days and installed less than a week from approval of bid. They were efficient and easy to work with while making sure to take care of our floors and home in the process. We will use them for all of our HVAC needs in the future and suggest them to our friends and family as well.

I was referred to this company by a coworker and I called them up for my husbands business. Jeff came out first thing that very next morning and fixed the problem. Unfortunately I needed to call him again on Labor Day when my home ac went out. His on call receptionist was very sweet and scheduled someone to be out the very next morning. Jeff was so knowledgeable of the problems and fixed it immediately. He was honest with pricing and didn’t try to over sell me extra problems. Jaime and Jose replace an old air conditioning unit at my house. They were early for their appointment. They were very polite and very friendly. They explained everything they were doing along the way and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Mario stop by during the job to bring supplies and see how all things were going. I think Mario and his crew are so great so efficient and so on top of things. I would definitely recommend this company and their workmanship!

While I realize this might not be possible in the heat of summer, Jeff is extremely polite, very thorough and explains the issue in detail. Jeff and his team at Mairathon Cooling and Heating recently replaced my aging and failing HVAC system. The furnace was over 22 years old had failed during the 2024 freeze. The AC unit was also failing. The existing ductwork was the old gray flexible type and was deteriorating. It was not suspended, it was simply laying across the attic floor. Jeff and his team professionally installed a new 2 speed Air Conditioning unit, new Furnace, thermostat and suspended R8 flexible ductwork. He also installed an additional air return in the owners bedroom, new decking for the units in the attic, overflow drain pan and new drain line The work was carried out very professionally and exceeded expectations. Care was taken to protect the floors by laying down tarps, and his team vacuumed any debris. I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I am with the quality of work. Jeff explained the details of the work to be done and clearly answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. He and his team were punctual and responsive to calls and text. I’m very satisfied with the work Mairathon performed for me.

Mason was an absolutely incredible Indoor Air Quality certified technician! His genuineness, compassion, and professionalism were much appreciated as our family was in the middle of a health crisis when he first came out to our home. He was so perceptive and his willingness to go the extra mile for us was amazing.
Not only did we order an entire new hvac system with him, but we also added on the Reme Halo LED that kills and eradicates mold growth. I have better peace of mind knowing that that added layer of protection is the running 24/7 and am thankful he took the time to thoroughly walk me through the best options for our family and our home.
