We had a great experience. Trace and his assistant arrived as scheduled to run a gas line in connection with the installation of a standby generator. We received text notifications in advance and when they were on the way. Very professional and personable. Trace took the time to answer all of my questions. We were very pleased.

Crew arrived at 9 a.m. and went right to work, trenching for installation of natural gas line for my new generator. They were neat with their work and very efficient. Plumber reconnected gas meter and isolated an existing connection for an outdoor fireplace so that it met requirements for the upgraded meter/flow regulator for Centerpoint Energy.

1st crew who installed the plumbing for the generator did excellent work, 2nd who came to fill in dirt did a terrible job, putting dirt in pushed the flex pipe backwards to about a 3” bend and did a terrible job packing dirt down. 1st crew with D Wayne show back up today to fix the problem. Dwayne was very apologetic to what last crew did and immediately fixed the problem and explained what previous crew did to bend flex pipe. After work was completed, Dwayne made sure work was to my approval. With what Dwayne and his crew did, I was more than just pleased with the work. With seeing the work and talking to Dwayne, he and his crew take extra care in how they do their job and made sure it was done to above customer’s expectations. Very pleased with Dwayne and is an excellent company employee. Give his crew A++++++ rating.

These guys were amazing! Ryan & the fellas installed a new generator. Worked all day and walked me through it. They couldn’t have been nicer. I really appreciate it.

I bought a whole house generator from generator supercenter, and the plumber and electricians that they sent out were top-notch, professional, polite, and tolerated all the questions I had! This has been an entirely new experience and I cannot thank them enough for making it very enjoyable.

Very professional team, left my yard in great condition after a generator installation project. They were careful to keep the gate closed (dog inside) and communicated clearly. One crew did the initial work-Wyatt was great. After inspection Sergio came for the last step, also careful and efficient. Great experience overall.

Brent and Jorge contact me they’re on their way then arrived at my home early they were in support of the gas line upgrade. They did a great job explained what took place what they did. They re-lit my water heater and then asked me was there anything else that they could assist me with. Professional

We had a Whole House Generator installed today. Texas Select Plumbing handled all
of he gas related work. Brent and Devin did a fantastic job. They dug a 57’ long trench that was 18” deep. They dug it all by hand so as to not hit, cut, or break any existing underground lines. Brent made all the connections to the gas meter. Then they laid the new gas line out and Brent connected it to the generator. These guys did fantastic work. They were friendly and worked very well with my wife and I. We highly recommend that if you need plumbing work give this company a call!!

These guys were excellent. They were part of the team that installed my generator and the whole experience with them was perfect. April in the back office is on top of everything! Friendly, organized, and professional.

They came out the day after I called them and Pat was easy to talk with and explain our issue. He looked for the easy first (which was the problem )not just go for a huge issue first. Thank you for helping and to continue to stay safe with gas lines.

From start to finish, the professionalism of the company was commendable. After my generator was installed, April promptly reached out to me to get everything scheduled. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, guiding me through the process and letting me know what to expect. Once she scheduled my appointment, she informed me that I would receive a message from Bryan. True to her word, as soon as I hung up with April, Bryan texted me and maintained contact until the day his team arrived.

Everything was clean, professional, and handled with great care. Throughout the entire process, Bryan took the time to explain each step, making me feel like a truly valued customer. Joey and Chance were great guys! They came in did their part of fixing what the previous installer did wrong on my gas line install to my generator and made it look great. Now its up to code and I feel that it's safer for my family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Dalton, with the help of Mattaeo, got the work done quickly which included significant digging, rerouting of existing plumbing, and installing a new pipe for the generator. The work is highly appreciated and the team is highly recommended.

The service was fine. It was a job installing the gas line to a generac generator. That service was not a listed category. Because it was included in the overall price I know way of knowing how much I paid for this portion of the work.
