Good group of plumbers on a generator install. Need to watch the apprenticeship employees closer. Dont be afraid to go out there to observe and comment on what you see. Good job overall. Recommend their service. GAD

They arrived on time and completed the job on time and kept the work area clean. They left when I was on the other side of the house getting the generator started. When I got back to the generator they were gone. That was when I noticed that after filling back the excavation they didn’t put the pavers back like they were before. They didn’t check with me before leaving to see if I was satisfied with the job. See pictures.

The workers were quick and efficient, but they destroyed two of my Sago Palms, which have sentimental meaning to me. They could have avoided that by simply asking us to protect them. In addition, when they left, they left both of the gates to the backyard open. So of course, once we let the dogs into the backyard, they were in the street. The work was excellent, but the customer service is sorely lacking.

Generac supercenter contracted. The guys were nice but they left holes in my wall.

Did good work for gas piping to new generator. Only problem was they tracked mud up and down the 100 foot concrete driveway. Washed off their boots and shovels in driveway. And left the mess. My wife had just water blasted driveway 2 weeks ago and it is a mess now. She’s not happy.

TSP was subcontracted by Generator Supercenter to run a gas supply line. The work was competently executed, however the schedule was not. Monday arrival was 5 pm, they left at dark indicating independently to my wife and me that they would return Tuesday. They did not return until Wednesday. After the line passed inspection Thursday morning, they did not return until after 6 pm to remove the test gage and make the final connection, delaying the generator run in until Friday.

TSP was a subcontractor hired to install a generator. Hookup job was done well. However, they damaged the siding on the house. They offered to come out and fix it but just put non siding screws in to the siding that warped and we're loose from the install. A better fix would have been to move the bracket.

The team came out with two plumbers and three "diggers". They needed to dig a 130 ft trench to place a gas line. I highlighted my concern areas and locations thereof; fiber line, sprinkler control wires, sprinkler heads, and the route they should dig as I was planning to install a pool. After cutting my fiber line twice, busting the pipes on my main water line and a sprinkler line, digging in the area of my pool placement, and cutting my sprinkler control wires, they decided to leave without even informing me they were finished, and not testing my sprinkler system, as promised. So even though they fixed the water lines, they never corrected the gas line route, nor did they inform me of the broken wires for my sprinkler system. Communication when they broke the lines would lead to a swift response and repair. Unfortunately, I now have to rewire my sprinkler system because I have no idea where the breaks are. Not happy with the service.
