Driftwood did a great job replacing our hail storm damaged roof and negotiating full reimbursement with our property insurance company

After the huge hailstorm earlier this year, I got quotes from five different companies. Sure the quotes were very similar but Chris from Driftwood came out, SHOWED me what the other roofing companies had done incorrectly in my neighborhood, AND for no cost at all fixed a slightly more than minor leak on my roof without me even committing to Driftwood for the final reroofing. They were fast and clean. Very glad I picked Driftwood.

I feel so good about my new roof. Driftwood Builders had come highly recommended and I soon found out why. Every step was clearly explained, both in Todd’s original presentation and in Christina’s follow up at scheduling. I knew just what to expect. The crew were on time and worked tirelessly, in spite of the 107 degree temps. I had also needed quite a bit of facia replaced and they took care of that, including the painting. They even agreed to remove old gutters. Jose really went above and beyond to get those extras done. I could not have asked for a better experience. The roof is beautiful, well done, and I love it.

Driftwood was great across the board, thought about another company but when they threw in a port a potty for the workers, that sold us. 5 of 5 stars in my opinion!!!

From my initial meeting with Driftwood Builders Roofing, Tom was very professional, answered every question, was great about guiding me through the entire process and very knowledgeable about the job. He later met with my insurance adjuster and helped get the ball rolling with my insurance claim approval process.

Christina was also very nice and helpful with scheduling. I was told it would be a one day job, and they completed my house roof replacement in one day as promised. Tom, did a follow up visit the next day… inspected the roof, made sure all nails left behind were picked up, and even trimmed some small tree branches over the house to prevent future damage to the shingles.

Overall, Tom and Driftwood were easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, showed care, and I would highly recommend their roofing service.

Received a competitive bid and ended up going with Driftwood Builders Roofing. Christina was amazing as well and kept me apprised of when materials would be delivered, crew showing up, etc. Then Jose and the crew did a fabulous job installing the new roof. Clean up was great as well, when they left the only evidence that they had ever been here was my pretty new roof. Very much recommend.

Chris S. was the project manager who worked on replacing our old roof with a new roof in May 2024. Chris and his team worked tirelessly and did a very good job. They removed the leftover material and cleaned the area thoroughly.

It is almost a year now since our roof was replaced and our roof is as good as new; the recent strong wind did not affect the shingles at all. Chris came out and checked our roof after the recent wind storms. Chris is always responsive when we have some questions and he is very knowledgeable in his job.

Nathan made a fantastic metal roof happen for us. The first mark of excellence with Driftwood Builders is their obvious respect for their employees. The metal crew were professional and knowledgeable, and everyone was kind to each other! My 50 year old roof needed some structural improvements with the rafters, and they quickly rebuilt the corner of my collapsing roof without any damage to the fascia or siding. The crew also replaced all of the wood on an old free standing porch before they installed the metal roof. They transformed that rotting roof into a beautiful outdoor space! Nathan also coordinated with their gutter subcontractors to install matching galvanized aluminum gutters. Everything is beautiful! I really trust this company!
