Tom Baker (TJ) was absolutely awesome to work with through the entire process of replacing my roof. His attention to detail, oversight and management of the project and final completed work was the best. I highly recommend Driftwood Builders Roofing for the quality of work and service.

I had a great experience with Driftwood. They took a satellite off my roof, repaired it and also fixed the roof edge where some trees had rubbed against it. Many companies will only take big roofing jobs. I appreciated them taking my small job and will trust them when it comes time for a large one.

We were very happy with Driftwood Builders on our Roofing repair from a hail storm. Todd was a great resource from educating us about the project to helping with the insurance company. We would use this company again without hesitation.

Todd from Driftwood builders was great to work with. He helped make a very stressful situation much easier to handle. The back of our house and roof recieved extensive damage due to a may storm that brought with it 90 mile an hr straighline winds and softball size hail. It was the 1st time we had ever filed a claim with the insurance and had 0 idea about the process. Todd walked us through step by step, put us top priority on the list since the roof was leaking and we all new the temporary fix wouldn't hold up for long and was super quick to get us on the schedule and get the work done. He even checked back after the work was done to make sure everything was good and they waited patiently for the insurance to cut the check to get paid. Overall was a great experience during a stressful situation l. I'd definitely recommend and use rhe company and Todd again. 18 months and I still haven't had to worry about leaks every time a storm comes thru.

Nathan and his team were excellent in navigating a large, complex project. He was punctual, thorough & guided me through the process. He and his team did great work from start to finish, and left our home/ work site clean and safe from debris. Since our roof was replaced, we experienced another hail storm and Nathan immediately came out to check on our roof. Luckily there was no damage, but his commitment to clients is top notch!

The process to replace our roof from start to finish was straightforward. Chris came to our home and put a temporary trap where we had the leak. Chris went over the cost, materials, scheduling time, and cleanup. I would recommend using Driftwood Builders Roofing. The building staff was amazing.

Driftwood Builders has been great to work with. We had our roof replaced because of Hail Damage. Driftwood gave us a very reasonable estimate. We had “shopped” two other builders. We selected Driftwood because the pricing given was reasonable. And instead of focusing on what they could do to reduce the amount we paid in deductible, they focused on the quality of the work AND gave a reasonable cost. After a couple of years, we developed a small leak around one of the dormers. Driftwood Builders came out the next day and by the end of the week, they had replaced the under payment plywood and a section of the roof. Following that they repainted the interior ceiling. We were impressed that they really replaced a larger section of roof than necessary to make sure the leak was permanently repaired. Highly recommend Driftwood Builders!

I have been a customer of Driftwood Builders Roofing for many years now. Todd and his team are a fabulous set of professionals who have delivered every project of mine with utmost quality and care. Todd goes out of his way to understand your needs and budget and proposes a solution that optimizes both.
I have always had a seamless experience working with Todd and his team for the last 10 years now. The team showcased their professionalism and capability during the hail storm that hit our house in Spring 2024. Multiple neighborhood houses had roof damages and insurance claims were a painful bottleneck for most of the home owners. Todd's leadership during this time in assessing the roof damages for the impacted people and his guidance in insurance filing was instrumental in getting the claims settled fast. He also completed roof replacement work for multiple houses within a very short time - within promised schedule and estimates.

Driftwood Builders Roofing company has earned my trust and business for all future roofing work. I highly recommend this company to all patrons who are considering roofing jobs for their homes & offices.

Driftwood Builders was recommended to me by my neighbor. I’m so glad I contacted them, my experience with them was awesome! Chris S. was my contact at Driftwood Builders. Chris was always on time for meetings, he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me thru the pricing and the insurance claims process. Driftwood Builders meeting with my insurance adjuster at my house and other follow-up was a huge help. Chris was on hand multiple times throughout the installation and kept me informed on progress and any findings. The roofing crew did a great job on the install and cleanup. The roof replacement was completed in 1 day and looks great! I would definitely recommend Driftwood Builders to others and I would work with them again in the future. Thanks to everyone at Driftwood Builders, you have a great team!

From start to finish it was the best roofing job we have ever had even better than when we previously did a roof on our own on another house. I was told what it would intake and I trusted the referral from ABC in the Austin area.

Nick Riley and his crew are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them. They are honest, hard working and give fair estimates on the work to be done. They also went the extra mile to diagnose any problems that should be addressed with our roof in addition to the problem that already existed. Guillermo is a fantastic foreman as well. He explains things well and took his time to make sure that everything was done properly. I highly recommend Driftwood Builders Roofing and the Nick Riley, Guillermo crew.

Tom did a great job of getting my roof repaired after a bad hail storm. He and his crew were professional and great to work with. He met the insurance adjuster at my home and discussed any issues with him at that time. He also handled any contact with my insurance company. Great experience.Paid Insurance deductible. I like the look of the shingles, color and ridges.

What an amazing experience! Chris and Nicholas had great communication, we're highly professional, and their workers were efficient, fast, and cleaned up all the leftover debris. I have already recommended them to my coworkers and friends. They also worked directly with my Travelers insurance and made sure the claim was approved.

I had the best experience with Driftwood Builders Roofing! Nick, Nathan, and Christina were totally awesome people to work with.
They fought and won a denied insurance hail damage claim and delivered everything that we agreed on. I highly recommend this group of professionals. Thank you!

My experience is dated, but this company was very responsive. Excellent work and fine people are a good combination.

These guys were great- efficient, responsive to all my concerns, and right on schedule. Plus, really decent pricing. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor :-)
