Reviews of local pros in Manchaca, Texas

Earl and John are top-notch! They're incredibly professional and punctual. They arrived to clean my air duct and after removing a bird's nest from the exterior vent, they discovered a break in the line within the wall. They skillfully located the damage and repaired it, extracting two large bags of dust from my ceiling/wall where it had been building up for an unknown amount of time. They also replaced the external vent cover, preventing any birds from making a home there. The outcome left me extremely pleased! I'm also thrilled to have my air duct functioning smoothly again. I'd suggest their services to anyone in Manchaca!

Quick, transparent, and reasonably priced, the team at Summit Air Duct Cleaning did an outstanding job. Scheduling was a breeze, and they consistently kept us informed about our appointment, even offering to move us up in case of any cancellations. We had a bird attempting to construct a nest in our air duct, but thanks to Earl and his team, the issue was resolved perfectly. We recently installed a new furnace and ac system at our 30-year-old home in Manchaca, which had undergone a major renovation that left a lot of dust. This necessitated hiring a professional to clean our ducts. That's when we decided to engage the services of Summit Air Duct Cleaning. The ducts had never been cleaned before, so it was definitely time. Landon, our technician, was exceptional! He put in a few solid hours of work and made sure to address any questions before he left. The icing on the cake was that our final bill was lower than the initial estimate. This was attributed to two factors. Firstly, our new furnace and ac system were relatively clean and, secondly, we had fewer vents than initially assumed. I was particularly impressed by Landon's honesty in adjusting the bill due to the clean state of our furnace and ac. Without his transparency, we wouldn't have known any better. In addition to the air duct cleaning, they also serviced our fireplace and chimney. We're genuinely pleased with the service provided by Summit Air Duct Cleaning!

earl and his team did a fantastic job. i felt at ease as soon as they showed up wearing masks and shoe covers to come into my house. earl opened up my air system and explained how the ducts and parts were full of black mold. the crew spent over four hours cleaning every single vent and duct with special equipment, disinfecting the entire air unit, and even cleaning out my dryer vent. they vacuumed every room after finishing and left the place spotless. i highly recommend summit air duct cleaning. very happy with the results and breathing much better.

I highly recommend getting your air ducts cleaned. Landon and Earl were very professional, neat, and did a thorough job. Since we just moved into our house in Manchaca, we wanted everything fresh and clean. They spent several hours cleaning the air ducts and vents, including sanitizing everything. They even showed us before and after pictures, and it was clear the ducts had never been cleaned before. They did a wonderful job!

I didn’t have any issues with my system, but I wanted cleaner air in my house. I used to dust my furniture, and just a few hours later, everything would look dusty again. After Landon and his team from Summit Air Duct Cleaning finished cleaning my air ducts, I noticed a difference right away. The team worked really well together—one person would start and the next would follow up with the next step. They clearly know what they’re doing and answered all my questions. Now, I haven’t seen any dust return, and the air feels fresh. Great service and great people!

i called and spoke with a technician named harrison, who returned my call quickly. harrison explained the safe and professional equipment used for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney sweeping. he was very friendly and knew a lot about the process, which made me feel comfortable. it's really convenient that he can handle all three services in one visit. i'm looking forward to having my air ducts and vents cleaned soon here in manchaca!

The team was very responsive from the moment I asked for a quote until the air duct cleaning was finished. John and Harrison cleaned our HVAC ducts and dryer vent, and also took care of adding insulation to the attic. They were both friendly, positive, and worked efficiently. I will definitely call them again when it's time to get our dryer vent cleaned in Manchaca!

harrison and his team did an amazing job handling issues with my dryer vent. after cleaning out the dryer duct, they noticed the vent cap on the roof wasn’t working right. my place is a three-story townhouse in manchaca, and the vent is way up top, but they didn’t mind climbing all the way up there. they found out the vent cap was stuck shut because of extra paint from when the builders finished the roof. the flap hadn’t opened properly since the house was built. others didn’t want to go that high, but earl from the team went up without a problem. it actually took longer to set up their ladders than to fix the vent cap. they arrived quickly and now our dryer works perfectly again, drying clothes on the first try. highly recommend summit air duct cleaning for anyone needing air duct or dryer vent cleaning in manchaca!

this company is definitely the best for air duct cleaning in manchaca. i would recommend them to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned! they arrived right on time, which really stood out to me since i’ve had trouble with other places not even showing up before. they cleared out years of dust, pet hair, and debris from the ducts in the house i just bought, and they also fixed some duct lines that weren’t working, which i didn’t even know about. avery showed me before and after pictures and explained the whole process, and was very friendly and helpful. overall, i’m really happy with the service and how clean my air feels now!
