Reviews of local pros in Manchaca, Texas

Benjamin Franklin came quickly and the technician was great. But I called and asked how much for a water heater tuneup and was told $99. Well, that’s just for him to walk through the door. The actual tuneup was almost $300. They needed to make that more clear in my opinion.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best and only plumber I will ever use. JP and crew from the home office to techs is very prompt, cordial and go out of their way to help you. They don’t try to talk you into anything. They give you options and you are in control. Thank you once again for my plumbing needs.

David showed up early and got the kitchen drain line flowing like a river. Good experience.

Scott was great. He was efficient and cleaned up and was pleasant to interact with.

These guys are good! Quick to come out and fix our plumbing problem! Fair price and a very courteous and professional plumber. Highly recommended!

Great job! Very punctual and well done on finding the leak and fixing it in a timely manner. Thank you!

Mickey did a great job! Very personable and explained everything in detail.

Great service, install of waterheater, fan vet, shower heads. Good person, Mickey. Fantastic

David was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He took extra time to understand my faucet problem and researched options to help me get the part I needed.

The office staff was efficient and friendly. Mickey arrived promptly, replaced our pressure valve, and had our water back on in no time. He was very professional and personable. We really appreciate the excellent, fast service!

Sure would be nice if they could figure out their phone directory. Not sure how out of 25 calls I can get 25 no answers.

Nice folks

Just want to apologize for having 3 sheriff's show up the other night !
I was driving by and seen 2 people trying to get into the place, and by the time I turned around, well they got in ..
I called the sheriff's office and long story short .....
It was the cleaning people.

Austin Air King is a great company! The owner is well versed in the inner workings of refrigeration equipment and his knowledge and understanding of the equipment is impressive. I hope my A/C doesn't break down but when it does I contact Air King!
