The representative that came out to Leander to assess the roof damage from two major storms. We had another outfit seal it until we could get the insurance company to realize it was badly in need of replacement. Driftwood was terrific to deal with. Made the whole process worry free.

Twice in the past four years Driftwood Builders Roofing promptly replaced our roof (and gutters / spouts) after hailstorms. In both cases, Nathan performed an inspection within a day, coordinated with our insurance company and solar panel firm, and managed the work with excellent communication. The first project replaced the original asphalt roof with metal; the second, after a more severe (!) storm, replaced the metal roof.

Best roofer in my lifetime and I am 75 years old and numbers of roofs replaced and repaired.

Driftwood Builders first repaired my wind damaged roof, came out immediately when I called, gave an estimate and covered the damaged area until it was repaired. I was so impressed, I selected them to replace my roof a year later. They completed the job in one day and did a fantastic job!

Still waiting for my roof to be finished. In it’s current condition when it rains the water goes under the shingles Chris doesn’t return calls before I realized how bad the job was I recommended your Company and Chris to a friend of mine, which they charged her a lot of money and left a hole in her roof. My friend realized her roof wasn’t done correctly when her ceiling was soaked and dripping. I am so disappointed. I spent both government checks on my roof plus insurance money. it’s pretty obvious I don’t have money I just can’t believe someone would treat another human like this. At least she had money to get her job done right. I don’t! So if you want a good review come finished the job. I wish I could show the pictures but I don’t know how. I put over priced because I didn’t get what I paid for. A refund for unfinished work would be nice so I can get it fixed.

Great experience with Driftwood Builders Roofing, from start to finish. Chris was very patient with answering all my questions and concerns. He walked me through the entire process, including insurance claim and paperwork. He and his crew provided excellent service during the roof replacement. Prompt to respond and address some issues post-installation. I definitively recommend them.

Chris and his crews were great to work with. The team was punctual, communicated well until the day of toof replacement, stayed throughout the roof repair and made sure everything was in good working order till the end. Roof replacement was done in a day and the crews made sure the perimeter was clear from the debris, nails and etc. Christina at the desk kept me informed and seamlessly worked with my insurance. I had a great experience with Driftwood. They took a satellite off my roof, repaired it and also fixed the roof edge where some trees had rubbed against it. Many companies will only take big roofing jobs. I appreciated them taking my small job and will trust them when it comes time for a large one.

Todd from Driftwood builders was great to work with. He helped make a very stressful situation much easier to handle. The back of our house and roof recieved extensive damage due to a may storm that brought with it 90 mile an hr straighline winds and softball size hail. It was the 1st time we had ever filed a claim with the insurance and had 0 idea about the process. Todd walked us through step by step, put us top priority on the list since the roof was leaking and we all new the temporary fix wouldn't hold up for long and was super quick to get us on the schedule and get the work done. He even checked back after the work was done to make sure everything was good and they waited patiently for the insurance to cut the check to get paid. Overall was a great experience during a stressful situation l. I'd definitely recommend and use rhe company and Todd again. 18 months and I still haven't had to worry about leaks every time a storm comes thru.

Nathan and his team were excellent in navigating a large, complex project. He was punctual, thorough & guided me through the process. He and his team did great work from start to finish, and left our home/ work site clean and safe from debris. Since our roof was replaced, we experienced another hail storm and Nathan immediately came out to check on our roof. Luckily there was no damage, but his commitment to clients is top notch!

The process to replace our roof from start to finish was straightforward. Chris came to our home and put a temporary trap where we had the leak. Chris went over the cost, materials, scheduling time, and cleanup. I would recommend using Driftwood Builders Roofing. The building staff was amazing.

Driftwood Builders has been great to work with. We had our roof replaced because of Hail Damage. Driftwood gave us a very reasonable estimate. We had “shopped” two other builders. We selected Driftwood because the pricing given was reasonable. And instead of focusing on what they could do to reduce the amount we paid in deductible, they focused on the quality of the work AND gave a reasonable cost. After a couple of years, we developed a small leak around one of the dormers. Driftwood Builders came out the next day and by the end of the week, they had replaced the under payment plywood and a section of the roof. Following that they repainted the interior ceiling. We were impressed that they really replaced a larger section of roof than necessary to make sure the leak was permanently repaired. Highly recommend Driftwood Builders!
