He took the 60% down and never showed. Don't use him. Not trustworthy.

I was very disappointed in the experience I had with this business. There were many false promises made by the contractor. In the end, the contract was terminated and we went elsewhere to complete the project.

In my one month of working with this business, I experienced theft from my property, lack of communication and miscommunication, poor workmanship, inactivity and lack of knowledge.
I can not recommend anyone to work with them.

Christian Estrada of Estrada's General Contracting stole over $14,000 from me on one property and left with work left to do on another. I'm out almost 17k because of him. He claimed one property was "rent-ready" but he didn't even have the bathtub/shower finished. I had to hire another contractor to come in and fix his work. Contact me anytime for documentation.

I used Christian Estrada under the company name Premier Construction and design. He was brought to me by a property manager I was working with. His initial proposal was great. He seemed to understand what I wanted to achieve with the bathroom remodel. His partner that did the tile work was amazing. However towards the end of the project he started to become problematic. No shows, no response to myself or the property manager. Lied about issues with cabinets being on back order, installed the wrong cabinet, ruined the doors on the correct cabinet and then took off with the cabinet doors. Mismeasured a door opening leading me to order the wrong size barn door kit and only told me it was wrong after I spent $$$ and a week staining and customizing it. He was told this bathroom needed to be ada compliant yet he installed the barn door with no guide to hold it in place. And when he had to take down the barn door to fix where he skipped adding drywall, he didn't reinstall the door correctly leading my 73yo MIL to stumble when the door swung out away from her.

Thankfully our job was 85% complete before he disappeared on us and the property manger was able to find someone else to finish it. It makes me sad to look at the remodel now. The tile work and layout turned great, but there were so many issues and things done improperly I second guess everything he did and wonder if it's all going to fall apart at any moment.
I only found this listing for his other business name because I had to file a claim on his insurance to repair one of these hidden issues. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Not recommended. Poor customer service.

I have used these guys twice now, once on each of my last two houses. I opted for the biggest sized gutter to hold up to the heaviest of Texas flooding rains. I have been very happy with the product and the customer service.

My wife and I are new homeowners and installing rain gutters was at the top of our list for protecting our investment. Our inspector was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable so we asked him for a recommendation. He recommended looking into Custom Solutions Construction and Central Texas Gutters. We weren't expecting much and scheduled them along with several other quotes to find the best price.

The quoted price was similar between the companies we talked with. The difference was in the service and overall quality of the product between companies. Custom Solutions are a full service construction company and are able to do more than most of the rain gutter installation companies. For example, we were told by several companies that we would have to figure out how to move a cable line that was attached right at the level that the rain gutters would be installed. During our exceptionally thorough review and quote with Custom Solutions, we were told that they would take care of moving the cable at no additional charge--"don't worry about that. We'll take care of it." Which is exactly what we wanted to hear while wrestling with several other projects around the home.

The look of the rain gutters is exceptional. I was away when they were installed but my wife raved about how great they looked and upon arriving, I had to agree. Neighbors on both sides have rain gutters that look fine. They're rain gutters after all, kind of an evil necessity. Ours on the other hand, actually add to the aesthetics of our home--they look like crown molding. I couldn't be happier and recommend Custom Solutions to anyone thinking about installing rain gutters. Schedule a quote and you'll see the difference!

KBHome’s maintenance is amazing. They gave us three appointments during the year that we booked and all three they have shown up on time and done the job perfectly. Our contractor, Dusty, is super nice and is willing to help whenever we have any issues with either the appliances or house itself. Even then, the house itself is built very nicely and looks wonderful from the inside. They treat their customers amazingly and we highly recommend them. Thank you so much

If you like to have trash overflowing on your community park then come live here. We've brought this up and they dont clean up. We're paying an HOA and the community is still under construction and this is what the park looks like most days.

Mike builds amazing, high quality homes. Attention to detail and design are top in the area. Of all the folks we know in whisper, the ones who have built with him are the happiest.

I have not bought a home yet but have loved meeting Mike the owner and going through the homes. Mike has explained how the Geo Thermal heating and cooling works. When I buy I will consider Thurman Homes.

There are a lot of reviews on here from people who work directly/indirectly with Thurman Homes. Take them with a grain of salt. Very rude man who makes poorly built homes. No recommendation from me.

I’ve had the chance to meet Mr. Thurman, work with him and live in one of his homes. I have always been super picky about every house I’ve lived in. I can say after my 36 years of life, I have finally found a home that is truly a work of art. These homes are of the highest quality, they are unique and just simply extraordinary. Every part of the homes has had the highest attention to detail, to include the perfect blend of quality appliances, colors and design. Mr. Thurman, thank you for showing us your gift and your passion in creating these wonderful homes and we look forward to working with you in building our future dream home.

We closed on our Thurman Home 2 years ago. My wife was seven months pregnant, and Michael went out of his way to make sure we got our home in enough time to prepare for the new baby. Just one of the perks of working with a local builder! We have been very happy with our home purchase. Michael is very often onsite overseeing the process and is dedicated to quality. We still have neighbors express their jealousy that we got a house from the best builder in the community. It is definitely a quality build where luxury meets functionality.
