Owner came out and told me straight up after checking our outside unit that we didn't need anything, he said the noise was normal for a Goodman AC unit. We had a home warranty so he could have easily suggested something that it didn't need. If you are looking for an honest hard working Veteran to work on your unit, this is the guy! 100%!
