Bo, Rene, Chris, and Alex came to my house within 30 minutes after we called. They did an excellent job explaining the whole process, from filing insurance complaint to the rebuilding. We are so glad and relieved to have their professional service. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Rene and the team at Rapid Restoration. The communication and the care for the customer and job is top notch. Our job (water leak) was a pretty extensive one and caused a lot of stress/anxiety on our end - Rene answered every question and concern and treated the job as if it were his own home. Bo walked us through the insurance process and handled everything with the insurance adjuster from the start. I can't thank this team enough!

Our washing machine (upstairs) malfunctioned and caused a slow but continuous water leak while we were out of town. Thankfully, the gal looking after our home noticed water dripping from a downstairs vent.

We called Rapid Restoration Texas (based on their 5 star reviews) and the founder and lead manager (Patrick and Bo) came out the next day to assess the water damage. When we told them we wanted to move forward with the recommended treatment, it literally took only 25-30 minutes for their crew (Rene, Chris, and Alex) to arrive and begin work. I cannot express enough how impressed we were with the time they took prepping the work area and gently handling our things...AND cleaning up after themselves (even hauling off carpet that we had pulled up the day before).

We had recently planked our ceiling in the area where the water damage needed to be accessed. The wood used had been discontinued. Rene, Chris, and Alex so carefully removed each piece of wood planking so we would be able to reattach those same pieces when the water treatment was complete. They were all so kind and professional. I don't usually write reviews, but we were beyond impressed with everyone from this company. We highly recommend them!!

The bathroom upstairs was having a leak that was causing the ceiling in the kitchen damage, Patrick and Bo and their crew came and had everything fixed by Christmas and then there was a toilet issue and they came and had that fixed within a day! These guys do amazing work and are super friendly and want to make sure everything is exactly the right .

Rene did a great job of explaining issues and putting our worries at ease. He was efficient, personable and able to help in all aspects of our home issues. Rapid Restoration was recommended to us by our instance company and they were rapid! Came out to inspect the water under our floors within a few hours of our call. We will continue to pass on the recommendation to any friends or family in need.

I can not say enough good things about Rapid Restoration. Early New Years Day, we woke up to water all in our bedroom. They were at my house within 45 minutes of my phone call. Clayton had been amazing checking our house everyday and Britney was a huge help as well. Patrick has made this whole process easier. Thank you and 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Rapid Restoration. We experienced significant damages in our home and we can’t thank Bo , Rene and Chris enough. Bo explained everything and went above and beyond. He went out of his way to coordinate things with our plumber. All three were not only professional , proficient and knowledgeable, they consistently worked at the top of their game. I hope I don’t experience this type of water damage again but if I do I will definitely call Rapid Restoration and specifically ask for Bo , Rene, and Chris again. We had multiple condo units that were wet. They came in and assessed the situation and began to quickly and efficiently identify the wet areas, began removal and disposal of wet items, and drying out the condos in an efficient and timely manner. They always were very courteous, respectful, responsive and patient to work with during the entire restoration process. They always cleaned up the condo before leaving each day. I appreciated how carefully personal content was handled and placed in a central location in each room. Great working with the board members and individual owners as needed. We had water intrusion from Hurricane Milton. Patrick came out & gave us a lot of info and a fair estimate. We were concerned about hiring an out of state business but he came recommended and brings copies of all of his insurance/business policies with him. No charge until the job is done. Once we started the work, Clayton came in daily and took care of the restoration. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. We appreciated that he always called before stopping by each day.

So thankful for this company!! Totally freaked out when we unexpectedly found mold growing under our kitchen cabinets from a dishwasher leak. Patrick answered the phone late in the evening, was so patient and reassuring despite me completely panicking and asking questions before he could answer the previous one. They came out the very next morning to get the process started. Clayton and Britney were amazing, removing all the contaminated materials and overseeing the mold mitigation and remediation process! They were so friendly and informative even after a long day's work. I felt safe having our daughter's in the home when they were finished, which was a huge relief. Bo has been so informative, explaining each step and helping us navigate the insurance claim process. Cannot say enough good things about this company! Sticking with them for the rebuild.

We just had our house flooded, I looked at who to call and this company had the best reviews and now we know why. They came immediately even though it was 6:15 AM when I called. Clayton has been a Godsend and jumped right in. He truly exemplifies their rating. Then the rest of the crew came in Erick and Jose, jumping right in moving and working. Bo helped walk us through the steps and Chayson followed up with the projected future with insurance. It has not mattered what time early or late they have always communicated with me. This has been the best process in the worst issue and Clayton has been top notch. They got our water out fast, Clayton was the first of the team sent in and went to work immediately. It's great to see a young man work like he did in this world we live in. He would stop for lunch and 15 minutes later he was back working. In fact the whole crew did, and all of them did it with a smile and attitude that put such an ease to us that it helped put

Excellent service. After finding mold around our ac vents Tony and Brittany came out and removed it and explained it all to me. They were efficient, professional and super kind! I would highly recommend them and if we have any future problems we will use them again. Thanks guys!

Bo, Tony, and Britny were fantastic to work with. We had a lot of work that needed to get done and it was all wrapped up in a week—and $2k less than he quoted me! Don’t think that has ever happened to me before with a contractor.

Quick story: we have an older house and all the drying fans tripped our breaker and shutoff power to our NEST and AC. I texted Bo at 7 and he came all the way back out (about an hour) that night and rerouted everything and got the AC working again. They care and do good work.

Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
