This was our first deep clean since Covid started 1.5 years ago, so they had a lot to do because our house is 3500sf it was 160 every 2 weeks with initial deep clean an extra 50 plus tax. They sent 2 people that were here 7 hours. So 14 hours of work. They did an excellent job. Will recommend them.

We just had our second cleaning from the Cleaning Authority. Alexa and Cruz did an astounding job! The floors were spotless and everything was clean when I got home. The ladies were also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I can’t wait for them to come again.

Today only one service person was present. She had to take double the time but this was justified. She did a good job. My concern lies in your employee status. My concern is the usual MAID WASN'T HERE TODAY BUT I WAS GLAD. The maid that was here today did a great job. I found out she is leaving The Cleaning Authority. So that means next time both maids may be here needing instructions and also earn our comfort level as a new employee and new maid to us. The usual maid that was not here today also brings concern. I really don't want her in my cleaning schedule. She does not work very much when cleaning. So as you know we have been with the Cleaning Authority for years so please send two good maids to our home. Thank you for your considerations.

Today was my initial service for cleaning my home. The three ladies, Chastity, Kayla and Cori were diligent and very conscientious. It would be very beneficial and productive if the same individuals were scheduled for all forthcoming services. I say their names as too often we fail to recognize how much their efforts improve the quality of our lives. Thank You.

I thought the first cleaning would be a deep cleaning at least that was what I was told. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning focusing on the bathrooms and kitchen. I noticed the oven was not cleaned. The brochure stated the the grout in the tiled areas would be cleaned. That did not happen, the floors were simply mopped. There were hardwater/soap scum stains in the shower. I expressed to the representative that did the estimate that the cleaning of the bathrooms were top priority. This was more of a standard/general cleaning. In the case of the standard/general cleaning I would rate the services a 4.5 out of 5. I was also told I would get a discounted price due to a special they had going on but I was charged the regular price. The ladies were very nice, punctual and professional.

They do a great job cleaning my house and the price is reasonable.

The ladies that cleaned my house did an excellent job. The wooden floors look perfect. The counters are shiny. The blinds are nice and clean. They also do extra touches such as folding blankets and arranging pillows on beds. I am very pleased with this cleaning service.

I’ve had a biweekly service with them 2 years. Their cleaning quality depends on who comes to clean. We have had 3 issues with them. The first issue was communicated and they were not very pleasant when hearing my complaint, they even decided to raise my price right after. Now recently my last two cleanings they have completely ignored one of our rooms. No vacuuming nothing. How does a full room get missed twice? Honestly don’t recommend.
