Plumbing reviews in Mansfield, Texas

Dylan came and was great! My water bill was 4 times the amount it was supposed to be Dylan diagnosed and fixed problem fast and was very cost efficient! He was also very nice and respectful. Will definitely use them again!!

I cannot recommend Travis from Bow Tie Plumbing highly enough! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind and professional. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our plumbing issue, explaining everything clearly along the way. More importantly, he solved the problem efficiently and effectively. We were so impressed with his service that we've already decided to call him back for some other plumbing needs. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and reliable plumber, Travis is your guy!

Travis was professional and friendly. Explaining the process prior to starting with a clear explanation of the results and next steps. I highly recommend Bow Tie Plumbing!

Emmanuel was great to work with—professional, straightforward, and clearly knew what he was doing. It didn’t take long to feel confident in his work, and he’s the plumber I’ll be calling from now on.

Dylan was professional and courteous.
He quickly and skillfully fixed our plumbing issue. This was our first time to use Bow Tie Plumbing. We will definitely use their services again in future. Thank you!

I found Nick to be reliable, honest and knowledgeable. He completed a hydrostatic test and looked at some other stuff. For example, another company tried to convince me we have a gas leak. Nick verified we do not and showed me the proof, too. Great asset to Bow Tie Plumbing.

Bryson was very professional and accommodating. He explained what his services would cost, he gave helpful suggestions, he listened to what I wanted and we both agreed on how it would be done so that he could warranty his work. I wanted the same decorative supply line that I had for the last 22 years. He said he would be glad to take the supply line I had to see if he could still match it at one of his suppliers. He called me today to let me know that he had found the same decorative supply line at one of his suppliers and he would be out later in the day to install it - see pictures. Bryson is one of those people who go above and beyond to make his customers happy. You can tell he is a quality and capable young man who cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right.

Bryson did a great job replacing an outside faucet that was beyond repair. He was able to deal with 22 year-old stubborn brick mortar that did not want to let go of the old one. I appreciate his effort for doing so in a timely manner, and also arriving in the agreed timeframe.

The Bowtie means something special to me and my company, it represents excellence, pride, and professionalism in how you show up and serve others. That’s why this one hits home for me.

On a Sunday night, when most people are winding down, Ethan showed up, not just as a plumber, but as a true professional who understands what service and integrity look like. He handled the job with care, skill, and a spirit that reminded me exactly why I believe in the Bowtie standard.

This one meant even more because Ethan is my little brother, and to see him living out the same values of hard work, service, and excellence that we talk about every day was powerful. I’m proud, grateful, and truly blessed to have witnessed his dedication firsthand.

If you ever need a company that stands by their name and a technician who takes pride in his craft, Bowtie Plumbing, and Ethan, are the definition of doing things the right way.

I'm happy on a Sunday had a commode back up Bryson from Bow Tie came out and it going took care of business. He knew his business and had wonderful personality polite and knowledgeable.

Travis & his crew are fantastic! He’s kind and genuine. I have a 1920 house and have requested unique installations: putting the kitchen faucet back in the wall (period appropriate), fixing all the pipes when the drywall was down bringing it to quality, and installing a Japanese Toto bidet. I’ll certainly continue to use Travis & Bowtie on my next unique project in the near future and refer him to friends and family!

Bryson was great and explained everything to us and what happened. He fixed the clogged drain, but it was further down the line than at the sink area. He was neat and put everything back.

Ethan and the team at Bow Tie Plumbing are fantastic! He really knows his trade and is completely customer-focused. No matter how big or small your plumbing needs are, give him a call — you’ll be glad you did!

Great service! I need someone to help take care of my water heater. Nick came out the next day to review, gave me an estimate and returned the next morning to install it. Easiest process i've ever had. They cleaned up after themselves, removed the old water heater and replaced all the piping leading into it. Very pleased with the service and the speed. Will definitely use them again!

Bryson came out to install a PRV and a shut off valve. He was professional, kind and respectful and did quality work. Thank you Bryson and Bow Tie Plumbing for quality work

Emmanuel with Bow Tie plumbing was able to perform the test necessary in an efficient manner. He was on time and very helpful with some additional questions during his job. It’s greatly appreciated, thanks!

Nick with Bow Tie was very professional during our sewer line replacement. He also provided great communication during the project. I would highly recommend Nick and Bow Tie to family and friends.

These guys earn their 5 star rating. Jesse and his trainee Jason were friendly, polite, and very professional. They explained every step of their process and at the end not only gave us great news but were honest and didn't charge us for something we had expected to pay. Jesse also went above and beyond to look at and advise me on an unrelated plumbing problem. So glad Bowtie was recommended to us!

Bow Tie Plumbing will now be my go to for any plumbing issues I have. They were able to fit me in the same day with my emergency, professional, knowledgeable and so kind. Jesse was incredible! Highly recommend this company!!

Bow Tie Plumbing came out to do a plumbing test prior to foundation inspection. We were under a time constraint and they accommodated us. The tech was courteous and professional, and the admin staff was timely in getting the report to our foundation repair company. We're very pleased with their service.

Kelton did our plumbing tests and we were very impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude when he ran into some extra work. First experience with Bow Tie Plumbing and I would recommend them! Thank you Kelton!
