This has been the best process in the worst issue and Clayton has been top notch. They got our water out fast, Clayton was the first of the team sent in and went to work immediately. It's great to see a young man work like he did in this world we live in. He would stop for lunch and 15 minutes later he was back working. In fact the whole crew did, and all of them did it with a smile and attitude that put such an ease to us that it helped put
a calm to our chaos. Thank you to all of them, the reviews are why I chose them and in a rare reality this company lives up to them

Excellent service. After finding mold around our ac vents Tony and Brittany came out and removed it and explained it all to me. They were efficient, professional and super kind! I would highly recommend them and if we have any future problems we will use them again. Thanks guys!

Bo, Tony, and Britny were fantastic to work with. We had a lot of work that needed to get done and it was all wrapped up in a week—and $2k less than he quoted me! Don’t think that has ever happened to me before with a contractor.

Quick story: we have an older house and all the drying fans tripped our breaker and shutoff power to our NEST and AC. I texted Bo at 7 and he came all the way back out (about an hour) that night and rerouted everything and got the AC working again. They care and do good work.

Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had such a positive experience with the guys from Rapid Restoration. I met Jace, Romero and Patrick. They were all so nice and respectful. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They're really good guys, small, family business. I have nothing but positive things to say about them and their professionalism. I highly recommend them.

We found mold in the walls of our bathroom and Rapid Restoration made the process go much smoother than anticipated. Bo worked with us to come up with a plan we were both comfortable with and explained the whole process to us. Britny and Bo did a great job, they were super easy to communicate with, saved us money where possible and I was comfortable with both of them in my home. I never felt like the company was taking advantage of us which is often the case with restoration and renovations. If we ever have the need, we will be using them again!

Their technicians are passive aggressive bullies. They turned off the water line to my entire kitchen without informing me only to make excuses before rectifying the issue. Additionally, I received bullying calls and messages from their team about “concerns” that were baseless. If you want to deal with restoration company that wants to come to your house anytime they feel like without asking, hanging around your front door with their colleagues talking and joking, coming into your house without greeting you, then getting an attitude with you because you have kids and a life and I schedule, then go for it. I’d rather not work with this company ever again.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Tony and Chris for helping me through my water loss. They both were outstanding with communication and very respectful. I will definitely be requesting them for any future needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Two months out from the TX Winter Storm I was still on waitlists with no ETAs with the bigger remediation companies. I am so glad I found Rapid Restoration! Patrick was so responsive, kept true to his estimate, and has a quality crew. He even gave me an excellent recommendation for a contractor.

What started as a bad day, turned out to be 10X better once I got in touch with Chayson, Bo and team at Rapid Restoration. From the first call, I was met with kindness, consideration, understanding and confidence. You can sense the passion they have for what they all do from the moment they step foot on your property, as well as seeing how well they work together as a team. They arrived quickly, took the time to talk to me, provided eye contact always, assessed the situation and started immediately. They are knowledgeable and certified and they also talked me through the plan, the steps and science around what they were about to do to my home. And that's monumental because your home is your safe space, a big investment, and to see it damaged is heavy, but they assured me it would all be ok. They came out as many times as needed and I could call them at anytime. They become true partners with you as you navigate the process. The experienced team did an awesome clean up job and took care of my items. They also have a Rebuild Business, and what better people to make it just like new, than the ones that took it apart. I highly recommend using them for all services they provide, you wont be disappointed. I thank each of you!

I just experienced our first "loss" as homeowners this past month when we came home to our house flooded. The whole Rapid team was on top of the issue and was out to our house almost as soon as we called. Their technicians, Chris and Tony, were extremely helpful as they helped explain the process and reassuring our frantic nerves. They were extremely kind, working around my family, never making us feel uncomfortable in this mess. Communication has been clear and they have shown to stay true to their word. If something ever happens to us again, I am immediately calling Rapid for help.

My family and I went through one of the most challenging times in our lives when we found mold in our house. We dealt with challenges with the mortgage company losing checks and delaying funding but Patrick and Jace made sure to get my family back into our home as fast as possible with good quality work and dealt with our picky family on refinishing paint lol sorry Jace. Go with someone else. My experience with Rapid Restoration has been confusing, frustrating, and honestly disappointing… especially given their many five-star reviews. I presume now that most of the reviews are fake and they have excellent marketing budgets to suppress bad reviews.

We contacted Rapid Restoration for help with a leak issue, and at first, things seemed professional. They came out quickly, explained the moisture problem, and told us they’d install fans to dry the area. I signed their authorization form so they could begin remediation, and they advised us to contact our insurance company, which we did.

From there, everything went downhill. They insisted on checking the progress daily, but would show up at completely random times without confirming with me first. I have children to take to and from school, so I wasn’t always home. When I wasn’t there, they’d just skip the visit entirely instead of rescheduling properly. Communication was scattered..at one point, their technician (Tony) said he was having phone issues, and then later, the manager called me with an attitude, accusing me of not responding. I showed proof of my messages showing that I had been responsive, but they didn’t seem to care.

When they eventually came back, three people entered my home two didn’t even introduce themselves or greet me and one started lecturing me about how my “lack of communication” could be seen as neglect. They even spoke to my husband in the same passive-aggressive way. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, as though we were being blamed for delays that weren’t our fault. We were still waiting on our local insurance agent’s response, which we explained.

Once the insurance company began their investigation, Rapid Restoration completely ghosted us. They stopped answering our calls and emails. The same technician who accused us of being unresponsive became unreachable himself. When we called the main line, the receptionist got defensive, saying the insurance company wasn’t responding fast enough as if that were our responsibility.

They removed our cabinets and countertops but never followed up afterward. It’s been silence ever since.

The only part of this experience that felt professional was the first day, when they needed my signature to authorize the work. After that, it felt like we were just a nuisance to them. I can’t understand how they have such high ratings given the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer experience.

I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re ready to chase them down for updates and deal with unnecessary stress during what’s already a difficult home repair situation.

We had a leak in our house coming from the attic. I called Rapid Restoration and they braved the winter weather and were at my house within an hour. Jace and Bo were professional, kind, and had my home setup for mitigation in minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this company and crew. I will be using them for all of my restoration needs moving forward.

We had Pete come out to take care of our dryer vent as well as inspect our chimney prior to the upcoming winter. He kept great contact with me leading up to the appointment.

Upon arrival to our home, I did request he wear a mask prior to entry. He declined informing me that he has asthma and can't breath with one on. I honored that, but did feel uncomfortable. He went about cleaning our vent and inspecting our chimney and did the job well.

Ultimately, the reason I am leaving a poor review is that he is very opinionated and came off as offensive at times. To me, I like when contractors are able to have some small talk with homeowners and create a rapport. Some of the conversations that he initiated though were, in my opinion, unprofessional and offended my family.
