This was a short notice request for service and although the service guy couldn’t fix the problem either he showed up by on time and explained what he checked and read the repair manual but said it came down to a equipment fault under warranty

Recently l contacted Appliance Fix Experts to inspect my fridge. The technician Rogeve Green showed up in time. He informed me the root cause and provided a quote. He also kindly informed me that the fridge is still under warranty with the manufacturer. This saves me a lot of $$. I am impressed by their professionalism and their honesty on business. I highly recommend them.

Service tech was on time, he was polite, and very knowledgeable. He was able to isolate the problem and get it fixed to my satisfaction. We ran the dishwasher and it ran well. Thanks for a job well done and I would highly recommend your company for anyone in need of appliance repairs.

The icemaker on my refrigerator stopped working. The repairman came on a Friday and correctly identified the problem. He said the needed part would be available within five business days. Texted me the next day on Saturday that the part was available. We scheduled a Sunday afternoon time to do the repair. He came and installed the new part. About as straight forward as you would hope for.

The only confusing thing is that I called Appliance Fix Experts and a Superior Appliance Repair person shows up. So Appliance Fix Experts seems like a service broker. Either way they connected me to a repairman that got the job done.

Very quick and efficient service. The technicians explained everything and were upfront about price and expectations. Freezer was fixed within 30 mins and explained any necessary potential follow up. Would be the first to call again if we ever have future issues. Thanks!

Very fast response time… had to order a part but was back to install within a day or two.. friendly service tech…

Could not have had a better experience if I tried, I called for a “same day service” just before noon and was told that a technician would be available between 1 and 5 but he would call ahead of time. Not 5 minutes later he called to say he would be here in 15-20 minutes. (He was in my area already). Showed up as promised, looked at my stove, confirmed the price, did the repair and was done within 1/2 an hour. From start to finish, one hour. Wow! Highly recommended.

Service was perfect - very easy and quick to schedule. The service technician was on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. This is the second time we've used Appliance Fix and we highly recommend it!

Service person was great. Fixed the motor problem without changing the motor, also repaired a leaking water line on the water dispenser. I highly recommend this company and service person.
