I've used Alpha for a while to meet the landscaping needs at my home. They do great work- whether just a mow and trim or something for involved, and they have always been on schedule. I would definitely recommend them.

It was a pleasure to work with Rolando and his team! They did an excellent job redoing our perimeter flower beds around our house. Rolando had great suggestions for native, low maintenance plants, and they put them in a nice pattern around the house. The workers were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up at the end. I have had the guys from Alpha come out several times. They have done flowerbeds, trimmed shrubbery, planted new trees, removed limbs, munched and a hundred other jobs. I have always gotten great service by a team that goes above and beyond to take care of my property. Best of all, they are reasonably priced and very punctual. I highly recommend this company.

Fair and quick quote. Great communication from the start. Had no clue what I wanted but he knew exactly what we needed and came through for us. My wife is bb eyond happy with the outcome.

If anyone is planning to buy or build a home here, please avoid at all cost. They barely have any survaillance around the area and 12 homes were targeted with theft. The entire breaker panel and appliances were stolen. Now, the builder doesn't want to take any responsbility in fixing the situation. I even spoke to a neighbor that was building his home in the area, and during that period, he had his breaker panel stolen 3 times!! Has the builder done anything to prevent this from happening in the future? Nothing. Moreover, they do not get things fixed in a timely manner, but is exptected for us submit paperwork promptly. It does not feel like a 2 way street relationship. I'm pointing fingers directly at management for doing their job poorly. Please save yourself from the headache.

This company is a RIP off! Didnt fix my oven and made several UNAUTHORIZED charges on my debit card! According to the bank that constitutes credit card fraud and litigation is pending! TOTAL TRASH COMPANY....

Not sure if the tech didn't know how to diagnose or if they were trying to rip me off but he claimed the problem with my washer was a burn out motor however turns out it just needed reset, glad I didn't have him replace my motor for $375

So used this company thinking it’s a small mom n dad company out of Manvel...I had them go out and look at my dads fridge, my dad was told he needed the seal that goes in the door... well they guy used a blow dryer on the seal and said ok it’ll be $258... did t fix the problem they sent someone out today and now want to charge my dad $450 for something that should have been taken care of in the 1st place...so I call and ask to speak to the office manager we’ll come to find out this is a call center that sends out other individuals to do the job.... well to me this is false advertisement....they should be upfront and telling people they are a CALL Center not an actual company!!!and how dare you send someone out that is trying to take advantage of my father!!!!
So I’m waiting on an actual manager that is suppose to call me... so let’s see if this happens.... in the mean time I’m giving the the worst review and putting it on social media.....

I call the guy to get a quote on my buttons not working on my GE Microwave. He says "Oh ok the control Panel." I said yes he says ok it will be $75 to have a tech come check it out tomorrow." I say" Ok, but since we know what it is how much am I looking at total? I would really just like to know the worst case scenario price." Then he HUNG UP in my face. I call back and he pretends that he doesnt know who I am. So I say everything again as if it didnt happen, and he says "That's not how it works." So I said "Hey, listen to this." Then I hung up on him.
