We called Ken’s late afternoon on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They came first thing the next morning. The service man was very nice and knowledgeable. They were very communicative about arrival time and further work needed to be done and they were great about setting up a time for an estimate and scheduling to come back out. I highly recommend Ken’s Heating and Air! Best service we’ve gotten since we moved to the Hill country almost 10 years ago.

Has problems getting the company out that we have the warranty with. Called on the weekend and Ken’s was the only one that called me back!

Tristan happened to be in the area and rushed over after our call regarding our air conditioner failed. He fixed it with professionalism and, most importantly, a smile. We continue to be more than satisfied with Ken’s Heating and Air. Awesome service!
