These guys know their stuff!
I worked with Henry first, who was great at getting into the system with me and pointing out directly what we needed to do. He provided pictures inside our system and really great explanations for solutions. We ended up purchasing the solaris system for UV cleaning as well as a cleaning of some of the internal parts because of the mold build-up, yuck!
EJ & Shawn came by to do the install & clean and were also really great to work with! EJ particularly put in some hard work, sweat was beading from his nose as I noticed he was getting into all those hard to reach spots to make our system clean. As much as he was sweating, he seemed to also love what he was doing. Meanwhile, I was drilling them both with tons of questions, of which they happily answered them all like true experts.
Overall, it was an A+ experience and I definitely recommend HVAC Cowboys for anyone needing the work -

Henry was prompt and efficient. We had an unusual issue with both of our heat pumps where the 'NEST' thermostats were sending the wrong signal to the outdoor units. Each of the units had a separate issue, and Henry was able to diagnose both independently.
I'm no chump, but this was beyond my expertise, and Henry found the issue and created a temporary solution very quickly. The next day we replaced the thermostats and now everything is working correctly.
