Reviews of local pros in McAllen, Texas

I received excellent service from Juan and his crew from beginning to end. — I was quoted within 1 day. Juan responded to all my questions via text quickly. We scheduled a date. His crew showed up on time. Nathan the crew leader knew the job. I changed a few things the day of and both Juan and Nathan were accommodating. We quickly agreed on a fair new price— work took from 8:30 am -4:30 pm! When job was completed, all debris was hauled away, the grounds were cleaned up, and they used leaf blower to sweep my roof of leaf and sawdust debris, Thank you for a stupendous job!

Mr. Palmas and his crew were very professional and very quick to cut the tree and remove the debris. The area was left so clean you wouldn’t know there had been a tree in that area. Our tree was huge and they did the job in just a few hours. “VERY REASONABLE PRICE” I will definitely be calling them again when need be, I highly recommend them. Thank you Mr. Palmas for your service!

Called and made appointment for an estimate on the removal of two trees and one palm tree. They went and assessed the trees and gave a good price. Appointment was made for Saturday 07/12/2025 for 8 AM. They were on time and they started promptly on the work. Took about three hours and I can say that I love the results. Would definitely call them back again should I need my last tree either removed or trimmed down. They did a great job overall.

We contacted several tree service companies and all were extremely expensive except for Juan Palmas tree service and Stump Grinding. They showed up and gave us a free quote that was by far more reasonable than their competitors. Hind site being 20/20, we couldn’t be happier with the job they did and in the amount of time it took for them to do it. Job well done and we highly recommend this company.

Today I called Juan Palma’s Tree Service for the first time because we needed our palms maintained and WOW 🤩 in less than an hour they were out here getting to work. I am 100 percent impressed with how prompt, speedy and careful these men work.
We will definitely be using there services again.

I want to thank Nathan, Noe and Martin from Juan Palmas Tree Service for the great job done on my big old trees. My trees were touching wires, and were looking a little too overgrown. These guys came by, took care of my trees and cleaned up afterwards really well. They were professional and efficient and the price was also great. Thanks a lot for everything.

Very satisfied with the work done. All employees were very professional and courteous. Communication between time of hire and job completion was very satisfying. This company prides itself on making sure they clean up after the job is completed. Thank you Mr. Juan Palma and all of your employees!

Contacted Juan Palmas Tree Service to have 4 trees trimmed. We received a quote & agreed to start the service. The employees, Juan, Nathan, Noe & Martin were professional & respectful. They did an amazing job, working safely & diligently. They ensured the debris was fully collected before ending each day & made sure we were happy with the service. Definitely would recommend them

Bien amables 😊

Been here four months. Great place. Steady work, reliable equipment, clear expectations, and very good hearted people.

Excellent company

They never called

Nice place

They don't do residential. That's always bad for business.

It's the best car wash comparing to all the co wash that we have in McAllen. I am glad I have 3 cars with you guys. You're the best.

Excellent service

JTL has been my plumbers for over 10 years and they always respond to my plumbing issues. Recently, I had to replace a Delta cartridge because of a leaky shower, so I called Lupe and he stopped by my home to see the problem. After inspecting, he told me what to do to remove the old parts and showed me step by step on how to install all parts. The old cartridge was stuck, so he told me how to remove it, and after a while, I was able to remove and install a brand new installation shower kit. Thanks
