They remodeled our pool just two year ago. We have had consistent leaks since that time. They came out and said its not under their warranty. Horrible construction and customer care. Beware.

Nick was great! I kinda had a pump emergency when I woke up and discovered my pump motor had stopped working. Nick made it out the same day and was totally honest with me about the things that could cause this problem. I was afraid it was going to cost me $500+ and I would have to replace the motor. He started with the less expensive issues and I was glad to find out it would cost way less and on the minor side of the issue. I was real happy that Nick and Pool Boss will not just come out and find someone who doesn’t know much about pool motors and take advantage of those people. Nick also took the time to answer a few other questions I had about my pool and it’s filtration system. Pool Boss Will now be my ‘go to’ in regards to all things pool and I will pass out his number to others I know that have pools.

Nick and his staff are awesome. They are detail oriented and have been serving my pool for years. Nick was able to repair some tiles that came off my pool from the pool builder. He searched the metroplex to find my tile and then completed the repairs. I was so impressed.

Pool Boss is the Boss. What a great group of people. I was under stress having just moved into a new place with a pool. I emailed Andrew and received an almost immediate reply. He put me on the schedule and someone came right out and cleaned the pool. Since then they have been coming every week to test, skim and vacuum. The pool looks great. Jesse is our service guy. Very professional and friendly and a hard worker.

If you are looking for a pool company that cares and goes the extra mile, this is it! Anytime I have had an issue, they quickly fix it for me. What has always stood out is their communication and information they provide during critical times. Most recently during the winter cold snap, they have constantly communicated things to look for and even made a video to share with everyone in case they ran into bigger problems.
