It is a rarity that I feel good enough to go out on a limb and recommend a business, but we have been exceptionally satisfied with Pool Boss. Most of the pool people I have dealt with are disorganized and unprofessional and can't do much for equipment, etc. It's like they've never seen a pool controller. Scheduling repairs is always a hassle. Pool Boss? Zero problems. "My widget is broken", their answer is "we'll have it fixed this week". My pool has never looked better from their regular cleaning. They are reliable and easy to communicate with, no unanswered voicemails and emails. If you need pool folks, in my estimation, they are the people to call.

Have had pool services companies for over 25 years and these guys hands down are the best. Do not overcharge and know their craft. Has been a great experience for me

Storm came through and our pump stopped working. Contacted pool boss to service and figure out the issue. They came out asap and diagnosed and contacted Jandy warranty to come out. Jandy came out and fixed the issue and everything is working great now. Great experience using Pool Boss! Would recommend them 100x over!

I have been using Pool Boss for weekly cleaning for about 2 years now and I have to say the service has been awesome. Nick has always been responsive and helpful. During the days of freezing temperatures, he provided daily emails with helpful information to keep our pool and equipment safe from freezing. Any time I have reached out to him, I have gotten a response very quickly. I have compared their price with other pool service companies and when they have looked at my pool they even say it looks great and the value I'm getting with them cannot be beat.

Best pool company we’ve had! In the past 10 years we’ve tried 5 different companies, Pool Boss has done the best at keeping the pool balanced. Not once have we had mustard Alger during the summer with them!

I texted and emailed Pool Boss right after a storm hit our house last week. I asked if they could clean our pool that had bags of dirt, and a huge umbrella that was blown into our pool. I’m so happy to say they showed up first thing the next morning. The pool was pristine clean by noon. I’m so thankful for this company. PoolBoss built our new pool and the experience was great. We have used other pool companies to remodel our previous pools and the experiences were horrible. Jason, Andrew and team were very professional, patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Subcontractors were the best I’ve seen. Our site and street were cleaned every day and job was done quickly with no issues. Minor fixes were quick and painless. Highly recommend.

Pool Boss is awesome. They’ve serviced our pool for years. All the technicians have been great for both regular service and repairs. George most recently came by and our pool looks absolutely spotless! Connor has also done a fantastic job. Their communication is also great!
