I have lived for 24 yrs in my home in Stonebridge. Like many of my neighbors, we are experiencing our driveways integrity being compromised by cracks, holes and stability. I was referred to Marcello and Waterfalls Construction through a valued contractor. When he came out to quote the job, he provided his personal experience with his home in McKinney which gave me comfort around his knowledge & experience.
Marcello and his crew was impacted by rain the week he was to start job that delayed his start but he over communicated his status and still made it out Thursday night to get the removal started. Upon pulling out the driveway, he pointed out the minimal to no rebar (more like chicken wire) the builder used and was the root cause of the integrity issues and need to replace. In addition, the driveway varied in thickness from 2” to 6” which Marcello called out the day of his quote.
Marcello and his crew showed up Friday morning and diligently completed the job reinforcing the concrete with rebar and pouring a single slab without joints that included my front sidewalk. The team did a fantastic job and poured a 5” - 6” slab which is Waterfalls minimum standard. Unfortunately , The team was not able to complete Friday night but Marcello was back by himself Saturday AM to complete loose ends and cleanup. He was very meticulous with ensuring all ground repair was back to original and even made improvements to my sprinkler by adjusting for better coverage.
In closing, Waterfalls Construction exceeded my expectation and we will be referring all inquiries on residential concrete work their way. Thanks Marcello!

I hired Waterfalls Construction to build my flowerbed retaining walls several years ago. The crew did a beautiful job and cleaned up after they were finished. Their work made my yard look beautiful.

This past week I had Marcello come and repair some pieces of my retaining wall as the heat and shift in land had left a couple loose ends. He came quickly to repair and even noticed that my gardener cut my soaker hose in the garden and fixed it without a question.

I would recommend them and will always use them for work in the future.

I wasn’t going to write a review for this company but now that Marcello is texting me incessantly to leave one here ya go. Marcello was confident he could do the salted texture and also promised to finish the stained posts as part of the deal. The salt texture looks horrible and he also never did the staining. He left some stain on my porch for me to do my self. I’m only making these complaints public now because of the recent texts. If you’re looking for concrete work, look elsewhere.

Waterfalls landscape and care is an excellent g t out of young guys that does excellent layout and design work. Marcello and group installed brick flower bed and did an amazing job on flower bed enclosure and tree wells, constructed from rock/brick. The crew wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. We used Waterfalls Construction through a referral from a friend. They were quick, neat, and did a great job. They built a sidewalk along our house, extended our patios concrete pad, moved a fence and put in French drains on BOTH sides of our house, which stopped erosion near our foundation.
We have since recommended them to neighbors who have now also used them, and they pass referrals along as well.
The owner of the company checks in scrub now and then to see how his spell is doing and always thanks us for referrals.
