Constraction reviews in McKinney, Texas

Marcello and his team at Waterfall Construction were an absolute pleasure to work with during our home project. The crew was always very polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Marcello was hands-on from the beginning to the end, and his project managers were very respectful. They did exactly what they said they would do, met all the deadlines, cleaned up our property every day, and did not leave any trash or debris behind at any point during the construction. Marcello is a great guy, and he and his team have extensive experience. I would highly recommend them - they will not let you down.

I hired Waterfalls Construction to extend out an existing patio and add a sidewalk along the long narrow walkway exit to our home as well as at walkway on the south side of the patio. I also had stone planters installed to finish our backyard upgrades. Marcello was not only very fair in price, he was responsive and easy to work with. He provided great advice concerning the HOA application, arrived on time and was flexible in making adjustments as the job progressed. Communication was great and the Marcello was on site to oversee that the work was done with quality.

Waterfall Construction is hands down the best construction company that we’ve dealt with since moving to northern Texas! And,n we’ve dealt with a few since moving here! Creative and professional! They built brick and stone borders around our flowerbeds and trees in our front yard! Simply beautiful! Took our frontyard from “blah” to “Wow” overnight! Continue to receive compliments on our frontyard!

Waterfalls owner Marcello is a first class contractor. Assisted with pickup of the tile and oversaw the entire job personally from start to finish. Beautiful end result. This is the second time I’ve hired Waterfalls. Years ago for the pictured pergola and concrete, and again for a concrete extension and travertine installation. Pricing was very fair. This project pictured was completed in 6 consecutive days - pouring new concrete and installation of all tile. Left the yard clean of all debris. Thanks Marcello!

We had a great experience working with Waterfalls Construction. They installed our concrete patio and properly prepared the area for turf installation, and the quality of their work was excellent.

What stood out most was Marcelo, the owner. He was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. I truly appreciated that he worked side by side with his crew — it says a lot about his leadership and commitment to quality. He took the time to walk through the project carefully and even identified additional areas that needed attention to ensure everything was properly prepared for the turf installation.

His attention to detail and proactive approach gave us confidence that the job was being done right, not just quickly.

We are very happy with the results and plan to use Waterfalls Construction again for future projects.
