Good location but little far from the road, they have some good floor plans available. Good place to live.

Sales representative are not professional and not responsive at all. Hard to deal with them. Very poor communication , especially Tanna. Avoid this builder.

Neighbors over here are so very unfriendly they report you behind your back they're just so very unfriendly I just do not like that I moved out here I wish I had I wish had none that neighbors can be so sneaky and deceitful

We love it out here. Our new beautiful home is just about finished and ready for us to move into. Great company and great property

Stay away from this place if you respect your self and time.
I waited for over a week to get a response for my application that I submitted and my credit was a run, and we even tried to talk to Loan Officer and the sales person to get this house but they disrespected us by not letting us know what is going on. I’m very very upset and disappointed.

Michael was and has been great! He answered all of our questions and still responds very quickly to anything that comes up as it gets closer to having our house finished. I highly recommend him.

I recently purchased my home from this community they transferred my loan to penny Mac suddenly my equifax report got updated with new mortgage company called Eagle home, I reached out to Lennar customer care no response. As of now it’s showing two loans for the same home my credit score dropped from 780 to 530. I don’t what to next steps super wrist customer service. Kevin was very friendly and professional. He was patient, answered our questions and made my clients feel at eas. As well as showing interest in them not just selling them a house.

Sales person Michael was awesome. Answered all our numerous questions, didn't rush us, didn't pressure, showed all four plans we were interested in, explained how to be able to view the floor plans online on our own.

It is a brand new community coming up now. As of now there are reservations taken, so the price quoted right now will change by the time you will get call to buy the home. You might have options to choose the lot later on, the home plans are all included but there is no customization for homes. Even without customization the house models looks good as it comes with hardwood, blinds, covered patio etc...

Sales representative was courteous and explaining about the community. The model home is allegra. There is a cottage and classic series.

You need to get lennar mortgage approval to get in line for reservation. So check with sales representative about when you may get the call and price at that time, also estimated time of home completion so you can plan for closing and move in accordingly.

There are no paper brochures as all brochures are in electronic format.

Decent pricing for what is included with the home purchase. The homes are beautiful. Sales agents were courteous and professional. According to the sales agent: Unfortunately, due to Covid19 Lennar is not allowing buyers to customize. You jump on a wait list for the the floorplan you want and when your name comes up for that particular build you have the option to buy. We really like the Liberty floorplan but custom options is what we need when making a purchase.

If you plan on buying a home, stay clear from this company. Probably the most inconsiderate and rude staff whenever you need to an address an issue. I’m having issues with my mail due to Lennar giving me the wrong keys for my mailbox. Haven’t received my mail in weeks. What do they do? Have my play a cat and mouse game going back and forth between USPS and them. They don’t take the responsibility for giving me the wrong mail key, instead they blame the postal service for placing my mail in the wrong slot. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. They deflect to the next person in line and it’s impossible to get anything solved. They DO NOT CARE about you once they get that signature. Stay away if you value any bit of quality service. Terrible.

To many nosy neighbors and staff are selling you a house more than what the land is actually worth. Would not recommend. You can't enjoy your property without the office or neighbors sniffing into your business.

I was in contact with the sales agent Tanna and Jason. They agreed on a final price of a home and when I was going ahead to book, she called and told me that the home is off market.
As i waited for the released they increased the price and asked to pay owner’s title policy.
They will all sorts of games to make you buy at more price.
Worst people to deal with.

They just seem cheap if you actually see the construction process. It’s sloppy and slapped together quick. I don’t trust that. I’ve also seen many issues after move in with other home buyers of Lennar and they are not willing to give the customer the time of day once they have you stuck. Once your in the house it’s like that don’t care anymore. They have good customer service but you they seem to get nowhere. We definitely dodged a bullet on this builder. It’s very hit or miss on wether you will end up loving your home or hating it.

I really love mostly every floor plans they have. We visited the office with appointment, there was a staff was told to help us navigate through our visit. She just told us to walk to 2 model homes and return back. She gave me a very short description about the house with pricing. I got links to apply for pre-qualification . It’s done same evening. I am on waiting list. Hopefully, get my dream house soon. Overall I felt, they are so busy and they didn’t assist me enough information. I know housing market is so competitive and as a second time home buyer, I want to buy right. Just a recommended to builder office team ,Please give enough time for everyone as we make appointments for these visits .

We came to tour a few homes, the community is great and there is a lot of variety in homes. Danny P was amazing, he really helped us understand what floor plans would work for us, explained everything super well and gave us a lot of great info about the community and the home. Can’t praise him highly enough!

He was fabulous from start to end and helped us even to the very end. He was over and beyond and I will recommend Jason to anybody with the experience we had in purchasing a new home!!

I am very upset as I write this review. Recently brought my new home with Lennar with their asking price. I am still in the process of moving and have already noticed few issues which have not been resolved despite creating tickets. Normally, the builders covers any scratches as one moves in their furniture and offer touch ups. Also, I am continuing to have issues with irrigation in my backyard and alley which is not being addressed despite calling and opening tickets. I feel their is no customer satisfaction or pride in the work they do. Please pay attention to all future clients who are looking to invest.

Customer service was lacking all the way around. It's my first and last time purchasing a home with Lennar. For their representative to tell me that unless I'm buying a million dollar home, I should accept that my brand new home won't be perfect is outrageous. Maybe $400,000+ isn't a lot of money for you, but it's a good chunk of change for me. Also, that tells me they are ok with putting out a mediocre product.
