We are so thankful Danny was our sales person. He showed us all the options we wanted and didn’t want. Listened to us from beginning of touring homes, in between and to closing day. He is very knowledgeable on what he does. Made us comfortable and never stressed despite having many questions as a first home buyer.

Gave 4 stars because there were communication problems with construction side. We wish that could have been better in helping us as a home buyer to transition comfortably.

Good community but not a good area. Roads are very underdeveloped and felt very difficult to drive on the way. Floor plans are good for the price. However, I won't consider it for the price which they are offering for that location. Very underdeveloped but still expensive. I understand that it's due to current housing market.

It’s been a month or two since I posted the original review and things of escalated from bad to worst. We’ve had shootings, section 8 children beating each other up, groups of older kids hanging out and damaging multiple properties If you move to this community , be prepared to get cameras and an alarm system it’s very important. I don’t feel safe in my own home Lennar home doesn’t care they continue to allow this havoc in our community. Landlords and Police have been contacted. There’s not a lot that we can do as a community. Please join the Facebook group before moving here so you can see actually what is happening in this community before throwing your money down the drain so many people spent all of their money on houses with a dream and we’re all left in a nightmare

Be leery of buying into the subdivision. We were sold a dream and lied to section 8 has been allowed to move in. They’re unsupervised children running around causing havoc trash everywhere.

It’s been a few months since this review and I’m telling you if you’re thinking about buying a house here run run for your own safety run for your peace. I can’t tell you how many gang fights are becoming common. How many times the police are called to our neighborhoods now the noise, the disruption the kids that will just attack you Dare you to turn them in or call the police the destruction to people’s property it’s really a shame. A lot of people are moving out of these neighborhoods and they’re putting up their house for sale for rent desperate we’re trying to get a loan so that we can sell our house and pay the difference off because it’s not safe in this neighborhood anymore. If you don’t believe me join the Facebook groups and then filter through all the comments.

I’m not sure where to start, but these homes are constructed with poor-quality materials—dollhouses are sturdier! The builders, salespeople, and managers seem more focused on making a sale and profiting, rather than ensuring the safety or value of the homes. They build subpar houses and sell them for far more than they’re worth. It’s like a luxury brand charging high prices for items that offer no real quality. We chose to work with Jason despite reading negative reviews about him, hoping that maybe people were being too critical. Unfortunately, I quickly realized the reviews were accurate. The price he quoted was higher than what was listed online, and he seemed more interested in lining his own pockets than being transparent with us. It felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, and he was very aggressive. I also discovered that Lennar has numerous repair complaints and doesn’t have a BBB rating. Looking back, we’re grateful we didn’t buy a home from him. We work hard for our money, and we feel fortunate that things worked out the way they did. I strongly recommend avoiding this builder. Jason may make you feel like there are no other homes out there, but trust me, we found a much better home for $60,000 less. Don’t be fooled by his promotions like a free fridge or dishwasher—other builders offer the same. Don’t let him pressure you or trick you; they’re trained to act this way, but he didn’t fool me!

I purchased a new home built by Lennar this July, and I have experienced significant quality issues. A few examples include: faulty electrical wiring that prevents the refrigerator and stove from working properly, a dishwasher that continues to malfunction (with Lennar directing me to contact GE instead of addressing it directly), and a garage door that does not close automatically, for which I was advised to purchase silicone lubricant to spray. These problems raise concerns that cost-cutting measures may have affected construction quality, especially given the rising cost of raw materials.

Rooted Woodworking did a beautiful job on our bathroom vanity. Tanner is excellent at his craft and was easy to work with every step of the way. We will be using his service again soon.

Tanner did a great job on our custom cabinets for our kitchen, laundry and powder room remodel. He listened to our requests and made all the ideas we had come to fruition. He also created a custom kitchen table and bench to coordinate with the kitchen island. His work is first-rate!

We LOVE our vanity and medicine cabinet from Rooted Woodworking! They saw our vision and customized cabinets to fit our small bathroom. The pics aren't the greatest because of the angles, but the cabinetry is beautiful.

I expected a few days of work and some cleanup afterward, but they came and gone in a matter of hours, leaving only the new roof as evidence of their presence. Very effective, clean, and professional. Provided me with some excellent photographs of the completed work. It really reduced my stress level at work. I would certainly suggest.

I had a case where rainwater was entering only during very specific wind directions. They identified that a gap on the side flashing was only exposed when strong crosswinds hit the house. That explained why the issue felt random but always happened during storms from one direction.

Fantastic service! We had hail damage with an insurance roof claim, and we could not have navigated the insurance minefield without Imran (the owner) and McKinney Roofing!

Insurance claims have constant deadlines and specific paperwork requirements that seem designed to trip you up and disqualify from receiving payment. He knew what to do with every step of the insurance from initial quote to final settlement. He kept in constant communication with us. We knew exactly what to expect and what to do.

They provided superb new roof, gutters, etc. The pricing was clear and easy to understand.

Imran came out to inspect the work at every stage. He pointed out a couple of things he didn't like and had them redone - stuff I didn't even notice or catch. I now have the best roof on the block.

They've been in business in this area for years - so I know my warranty is good and will be honored if necessary.

I cannot recommend them enough! If you need a new roof do yourself a favor and call them.

Hired these guys to do a kitchen remodel. Fantastic! They quoted me three months and it was done in two! From start to finish they were completely professional. Not only did they help me every step of the way with suggestions and choices, but they had someone available to get the job done when we ran into snags along the way (framing, electrical, etc...). Any questions and concerns were addressed immediately, and they took care of all of the costs up front until the end. They have completed a roof install for me in the past and I will hire them again for anything I need done.
