Shaune was very professional, took his time with explaining how the diagnostic process flows, and made me actually feel he was talking as if “it was his house”, what he would do, while pointing out upgrades and optional add ons, and explaining how I could benefit from them; very nice, sincere guy.

Shaune was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, kind, and overall helpful! He fixed problems many other electricians have failed to fix and he did it by guiding me through the whole entire process. 10/10!

My video doorbell was not working. Paz was on time, diagnosed the problem and quickly put a plan together to fix it. Great service and fantastic guy to work with.

He was promt, polite very helpful and was able to fix the problem quickly. We were back in business in no time. He explained the procedure for billing and was on his way, with saying if I needed anything else done in the future to give you'all a call. Blue Line Electric and Paz were incredible. We had multiple hardwired smoke detectors give out and they were able to send an electrician out the same day I called. Paz was thorough and walked us through every item he found in the inspection and completed all of the service items same day. I am so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail we received. There was no high pressure selling just intentional relaying of information and suggestions. I highly recommend Blue Line and their team to anyone in need of fast and honest service.

Sean was excellent in handling my job. He went over and above into checking into my issue and took the time to explain everything to me. He was knowledgeable, efficient and kind.

Grant and Alex came in and did literally everything I needed to my requests and checked in throughout the process. They had no problems with my additional requests during their service and were quick and pleasant with future quotes. The installation was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Everything works perfectly, and he took the time to explain how it all functions. Shaune was very personable and also knowledgeable about the issue with our breakers randomly tripping. He did a diagnostic and found that the electrical connection in our home was done properly. He then suspected that the problem was possibly from a faulty wire connected to the transformer. He called Oncor to assess it, and Shaune was absolutely right! Oncor replaced a corroded wire, and all our appliances worked properly. No breakers tripping at all! Shaune’s honesty and diligence saved us from having to pay unnecessary added costs. We highly recommend Blue Line Electric!

Amazing experience from estimate to the service itself! We got our Tesla home charger installed with them and Alex has been beyond great in listening to our need, taking time to address our concerns, and helping us understanding what we were confused about.

Paz did a wonderful job at our 125 year old home. He moved a chandelier, put in new light fixtures, repaired outlets and wiring, and installed a new whole house surge protector. Everything up to code and working great! Paz was timely, good communicator, and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you!!
