Josh D at Semper Solaris was extremely helpful in assisting me with a networking issue. He also reached out to me ahead of our scheduled appointment which saved time in resolving the issue.

Your company did a great job of installing the system and being very timely. Very professional workers, also. But your service and maintenance is terrible! I have SolarEdge monitoring which has gone offline several times a year and we reboot the system. Fine. However, it recently went down again along with one of the two inverters. When I called for help, your answering service put me on hold for all most an hour and when I left a callback number nobody returned my call. That was a week ago. In the following days I finally got to talk to Jennifer after being on hold hours on end again (she was very nice) and she insisted on having someone at our home to check things ( we are seasonal and not there during summer) Fine. I set up today to have my electrician there and Jennifer would ask him questions when he called. Well he arrived and called her/your service and sat there for two and a half hours at my expense waiting for a call back. I also called and was put on hold fir over an hour. Nobody called back either. This is unacceptable since I set this up the day before and then was treated like dirt. We spent $55,000 for your system and you treat us like this? Shame on you. Going forward I will tell anybody who will listen that Semper Solaris is the worst company I know of for solar and to go somewhere else for solar and anything else you sell. This time I will research for a more reputable and dependable company for any service we need. In closing, your stinginess in not having more telephone help and service techs is going to cost a lot more in future sales. We deserved call backs!!!!!!!

We selected Semper to complete our HVAC system as we had them install our Solar system several years back. Chris & Armando were our installers and they were GREAT! The attention to detail, communcation, work ethics, and knowledge was A+! I would highly recommend!! :)

Josh was super professional and personable. The whole experience from beginning to end was very smooth! I love our panels (we also got a battery that has come in VERY handy with a few power outages) and my husband loves the app - he walks around trying to find what the kids left on that’s sucking up power 😆 Overall I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience. Also, I love that Josh stayed with us from beginning to end :) Highly recommended!

He is patient and non-assuming in guiding me through the solar project. Fair and capable. I highly recommend working with this American company!!

Semper Solaris has been great. We added ventilation to our AC/heating system. Danny was great in explaining and performing the work. He also took great care to leave our house as clean as it was when he arrived if not cleaner.

Semper Solaris was very responsive to all of my questions and attempted to help me with a unique design. The whole process was time consuming and took longer due to me being a "demanding" customer. Regardless, they stuck with me and the design and installation of the system was better than my original expectations. I recommend that you consider Semper Solaris for your solar project in Texas. If you are a veteran they will happily offer you a discount as a thanks from vets to vets. Shout out to Josh, Matt and Lance!

We had solar installed around 2018; and Genevieve Johnson was our representative; when it came time to add solar panels we knew exactly who to call for a quote to see if it fit into our budget. Genevieve did all the legwork and sent us the quotes and estimates and answered all of our questions. My wife and I were deciding if it was doable for us and our budget and to help us with our decision; Semper Solaris sent out their manager Roland Obana; who worked his “magic” and lowered the payment even more. The 1st time with Semper Solaris went very well and everything went very smooth from Genevieve doing all the paperwork to all of the installers who always showed up on time and installed our panels and always left our property on the same state as it was when they arrived; and we are sure it will go just as smooth the second time. Would HIGHLY recommend Semper Solaris to anyone looking for solar.

I had a GREAT experience working with Angie. She brought me from despair to delight! I had gone around a year without getting my Tesla Cell phone app to work. I desperately wanted to adjust my profile to take advantage of drawing from my battery at expensive times of the day. Angie helped me troubleshoot the problem and then she determined the issue was actually with Tesla. She submitted my problem for a batch update to get it corrected. She continued to keep me updated while she waited for the fix to be completed. She called me with the good news yesterday and then helped me configure the app to maximize the benefits of having the Tesla battery. I am very happy with Angie and the support I received from her. She was also upbeat and delightful throughout the complete process. She's a 'Keeper'!

David came on time, he was very professional with his knowledge and expertise in H/Vac. I was very impressed with his quality of work. We made a connection as he was thoroughly going over the furnace and our air conditioner. He is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend him and he is an asset to the company. Thank you for sending him to our house. I would like him to come back to do the service in the future.

I had a burning smell in my closet, so I called ABR and they sent out 2 awesome electricians. These guys were clean, polite, thorough and talked me through the whole process. They do not price gouge and are honest, hardworking people. After getting multiple insanely high quotes for work that I was not sure needed to get done, ABR explained exactly what needed to be done and why so that I could see what a fair price actually was. Very happy with them and will use them in the future!

Call Ben at that electric for a broken garage fuse box and couldn’t have been happier. Scheduled fast showed up on time and knock it out quick. Great pricing and even better service would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Kamran. We had some challenges installing a pendant light ourselves, and Kamran was very professional and explained to us his solution/method before he installed it. He was clean and tidy - he put on booties without us asking and put down a drop cloth to catch dust. To top it off, price was great. We'll be calling him for any future electrical work!

Kamran was incredible. Had him install a Tesla Home Wall Charger and couldn’t be happier. He was very professional, his craftsmanship was top tier, and he cleaned up the work area when he finished. When he was leaving I asked him a question about our ring doorbell and he helped fix someone else’s poor install. Will definitely be having him do more work for us in the very near future!!
