I get regular service with Green Go and they are great. This review is specifically about the tree trimming and seasonal cleanup service I had recently. Noah’s team was truly above and beyond. Arrived on time, did great work, and were very professional. I highly recommend Green Go for either regular service or any other yard and landscaping needs.

Have been using Green-Go for 2 years. In that time we have received phenomenal customer service. We have used them to manage our lawn, fixing our sprinklers, cutting down trees and removal. Extremely professional and when I did have a concern it was addressed in a timely manner. Brandon the owner is extremely professional and gave recommendations that have helped our lawn without breaking our budget. Highly recommend this company.

Green-Go took on our backyard pergola and patio with the hopes of having it done so we could host a 4th of July party. Brandon pushed hard to get everything done, just as he agreed. Green-Go is awesome to work with. We always knew what was happening, and Brandon truly cares about getting you a product you will love. We LOVE having our new outdoor space and are glad we used Green-Go.

I previously had concerns about the lawn service but understand now that it was a huge misunderstanding and Green-Go made it right. I appeciate the individualized attention from Brandon as well the education component that he brings. I've been using them for a long time and would definately recommend their services. They landscaped my backyard last summer (amazing) and we made a plan today to do the front of the house. Looking forward to great things.

I hate to review small business poorly. Sincerely, really, really do. Unfortunately, we had a horrific experience with Green-Go. We had them out to do weeding, trimming and mulch for our front and back yard. I have 40 baby evergreen trees (which I planted last fall @ $20,000) lining my property for eventual privacy in my backyard and they topped them all. Yes, every single one. I haven't slept for over a week over this and still have a pit in my stomach. Also, with regard to our front flower beds, after 8 days I already have full grown grass grown in so it clearly wasn't weed properly. Really an upsetting experience overall that we wish we could go back on.

Brandon and his crew are really great to work with. They're fast & efficient, and when talking landscape design I found they had really great ideas on my projects. Strongly recommend these guys to anyone in the area!

Brandon was very helpful in figuring out a solution and options to improve our drainage issues. We were able to incorporate some improvements into the plan thanks to his creativity. Brandon and his crew were easy to work with, very professional, and wanted to make sure the finished job was what we wanted. We will use Green-Go on any future projects and highly recommend them.

Brandon and the team have done a great job with our landscaping. They have replaced a few trees and shrubs along with some irrigation repairs and a handful of other projects. We are very happy with the quality of work and communication from Brandon and the crew.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with Green-Go. We needed some landscaping work done. Nothing crazy just new plants planted, trees trimmed, and new bark in the planters. A person came out, we walked the yard with them, and they said they would give us an estimate. We'll, that's where it ended. After several follow-up calls trying to figure out where's the estimate was, we were promised the owner would contact us. That was over a week ago. Nothing. We realize that this is a busy time of year, but if someone had just said they're too busy right now, we could have moved on weeks ago.

I highly recommend Green-Go Landscaping for any landscaping needs. The office staff and project manager were a delight to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the project. We are so pleased with our new yard. Thank you Green-Go Landscaping.

We have used Green-Go for a number of years and have been very satisfied with their service! Anytime we needed to modify our service, Heather was very accommodating and always responded in a timely fashion. We truly feel that they are a company that listens to their customers and we would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing job! Love supporting a family owned local business! After sharing our goals for our front and backyard, Brandon, the owner, had a great vision and gave us several ideas to springboard from. Added a few changes, needed a few tweaks of certain job aspects and all were promptly addressed and fixed/added. Have already referred to family and will use again!

At first, they called, emailed, text and a PM came out. Received the estimate by email, accepted estimate. Been waiting for days on trying to pay the %50 down payment, I emailed them back, I called 3 times. ( she is never there). I guess they don't want to do work in Melissa. Pretty lame, missed out on a $4,000 sod installation and etc.

Be wary on the Zelle payment method, BoA blocked it due to high potential scam. I get it, yet they never sent the pay portal or answer the phone.

Brandon and his team at Green-Go Landscaping are amazing. I have used them for several projects and design, quality of plants they use, and customer service is always top notch. Unlike other services I have used in the past, I know year after year when I call or text, Brandon or Heather will be there to assist.
