Lawn Sense Technician did a great job repairing my system today. He evaluated All zones and sprinkler heads, identified the issue and replaced the old valve. I could not ask for better service. I know now why lawn sense earns five star reviews, they earn them.

I got great help from Makayla over the phone, she was able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. Eric was the technician that came and was on time, effective, and very kind. In less than 24 hours my sprinkler system was repaired and inspected.

My wife had Lawn Sense out for a sprinkler repair. They replaced the irrigation box because they said it was rusty, fixed a cracked line in one of the beds which I located prior and dug out, adjusted a head in the backyard and set new times on the device. Professional service, but pricy. Quoted my wife $606 for a sprinkler line fix, which I have paid 1/2 that in the past at small companies. Box valve components replacement quotes at $2476, but he said he would fix the broken line for free if I she did that one. I don’t know if that is high priced for that- but will have to research. They said it comes with a 10 year warranty. Overall good service, but paid too dollar for it. She has received a lot of links to review the company, but does not have an invoice with the warranty information.

Eric from Lawn Sense did a great job winterizing my sprinkler system. He was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend asking for Eric if you need sprinkler service.

Highly recommend Lawn Sense! They are very professional and organized when setting up your appointment. They go as far as to let your track the technician when they are on the way. I had the privilege of having Eric Reed as my technician. When Eric arrived he was patient with me and listened to my list of sprinkler issues(zone vault and questionable Backflow valve). I quickly realized Eric was not only supplied with the latest tools and gadgets, He was also a wealth of knowledge and was motivated to do a great job. Eric quickly deduced my situation/issues and then provided me a few options on how to proceed. He went to great lengths to make sure I understood how the system, the electric valve, and the backflow device worked. Its great to have a more-than capable tech but also a teacher so that you may have more knowledge going forward. We agreed on a solution and he immediately got to work! He had everything he needed on his work vehicle and completed the job and cleaned up the two work sites like nothing had happened. Ill be asking for Eric when Spring hits to get the system out of winter mode and check up on the whole system. Lawn Sense has the best warranty I have seen on their work and parts, they provide you thorough details on your invoice, and I had to remind myself, "you get what you pay for", some quotes may come in lower than Lawn Sense but these guys/gals are hassle free, professional, and get it done right the first time. I dont typically write reviews, but my experience forced me to let folks know you should spend your hard earned money with Lawn Sense.

French Drain install and they were done before I knew it. The install was quick, properly done and lot was left as clean as it was before they started.

Loved that they showed up in mask, great work and finished on time/budget. Very considerate, great clean-up. They created raised beds bordering the back fence, laid stone on side of house where there's not enough space to grow anything - yay, no more mud! Also put in a small "patio" where we store our trash cans - again yay, no more mud! We hope to use them in the future for any landscaping needs that arise.

RC Landscape did a beautiful perfect job on our stacked stone flowerbed. They are very reasonable, prompt and executed our vision perfectly. Highly recommend!
