I've been really happy with Texas Fireman! They show up on time, do a great job mowing and keeping everything neat, and are super easy to work with. My yard has never looked better, and I don’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable and laid-back who knows what they’re doing.

I recently scheduled an appointment with Lawn Sense, and the process was incredibly smooth and professional. They confirmed everything clearly via text, including the time window and address. I appreciated the reminder and how easy it was to contact them for any changes.

In this day and age, it’s just awesome to get a human being in the phone. Very courteous and went over all the pricing options and what to expect as far as as pricing etc!

Michael came out on 4/3/25 to troubleshoot my problem. It was raining and windy all AM so my appt got rescheduled but the second the rain let up, he was here at our house. I walked him through the issues we were having, he listened and took inventory of what to test and locked down the problem in nothing flat. This is AFTER I troubleshot the entire system myself to include swapping out the controller and spending time with the Rain Bird customer service rep.

I was an electronic technician in the USAF so this kind of stuff is easy for me and it was MADDENING that I couldn't figure it out myself. Michael had me back up and running in maybe 20 minutes tops. He even let me watch the whole time and explained everything he was doing. Such a cool guy.... Just the best. I highly recommend these dudes for all your irrigation issues. Top notch!

This is the best sprinkler company I’ve ever used. They are very professional and courteous. They have great prices too. The $20 a month family plan is perfect for me. I’m able to have sprinkler heads replaced for free anytime one breaks or has an issue. I highly recommend Lawn Sense.

Damon and Garrison arrived timely and worked quickly and efficiently to make several repairs to the sprinkler system. They were very thorough and kept me informed as they completed the work. I was impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. So happy to have found out about Lawn Sense to provide irrigation repairs. The team members were helpful, knowledgeable and professional from initial phone call through service/repairs.

I cannot say enough good things about our service with Eric Reed. Our system is VERY complicated, to say the least. He worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and come up with the best solution. He was patient with all of my questions and explained everything along the way. Highly recommend!!

Scheduling was very quick and easy! We have a tech coming out in a few days so we'll see how the assessment and repair go but so far they seem honest and fair!

Update: Ryan came out on the agreed on day and time and was hands down the best tech I've ever worked with! He was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond my expectations! Will definitely be using Lawn Sense again (and will ask for Ryan :))

They were great! We bought a house with well -fed sprinklers and after fixing the well, the sprinklers still didn’t work. So we booked an online appt with Lawn sense, they came out and had it fixed within a few hours! Highly recommend.

So far I'm impressed with the ease of scheduling a check up appointment. The welcome video was a surprising addition to the friendly staff.

Scheduling was very easy! Had a little snafu with one of the receptionists but Ben, the service manager, gave me a call within a couple hours and made everything right. He spent a good bit of time walking me through what issues I had and provided a range of what it might cost me. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Will continue using Lawn Sense for my sprinkler needs!

This company is a joke. I scheduled an irrigation repair, got multiple confirmations, and even a text at 5:30 PM saying the tech was “on the way.” I waited around 6 hours, in total and no one ever showed up. When I called, the office just said, “We’re done for today and don’t know what happened.” No communication, no accountability, no apology. If this is how they run their business, I would strongly advise staying far away from Lawn Sense.

Lawn Sense came out, service technician was super nice, but outrageous prices. The try to take advantage of people that don’t know any better, since I have worked in the construction industry for 35 years, it blows my mind to think they would try to charge someone $700 to cut a pvc pipe and replace a broke 3/4” broke 90. They also wanted $1317 to change a master valve, which cost $45.

I just called another irrigation company, flat rate of $125 to change master valve and $60 to fix broke 3/4” pipe.

Beware and stay away from!!!

Lawn Sense from start to finish has been a great experience. To schedule them to come out was easy to do as well.
Eric was very upfront about everything that he needed to do and work on to get our sprinklers up and running again. He even showed me the issues and the fixes he made Even with the hot heat, he did everything that he needed to do. Amazing job on cleanup and we highly recommend this company!!!

The scheduling process was very meticulously communicated through multiple emails (that could be summarized). My request for an appointment, clarification on my contact info, appointment date, time, assessment process and price, appointment confirmation and appointment reminders were clear. Personally, I would have preferred communications to be over text as it’s easier for me. Hopefully the repairs are reasonably/fairly priced tomorrow.
