Went above and beyond to take care of 2 issues I was having with wasps and springtails. Lance took his time and also explained in detail what the plan was. Very knowledgeable and great communication.

October 2024 - I continue to use this service and wouldn’t be able to enjoy my beautiful
yard without their mosquito spraying. Lance did a terrific job this week and Ian did a great job 3 weeks ago too!

August 2023 - Jaden did a great job and I can’t enjoy the great outdoors without this service!

Nov 2023 - Trey did an excellent job and explained what he was going to do for me. I’ve used this service for several years now and I don’t plan on changing.

May 2022 - Louis showed up on time, treated my entire yard and did a super job!
I using them let spring 2021 and have been very pleased with their service , product and guarantee. I can now sit outside on my large lot with trees, a creek , a pool and ponds and NOT get eaten alive by mosquitoes. JAMES. did an amazing job the first and last visit but the other techs in between were very very good too!! All of their technicians have done a super job and John was our recent tech in September- great service!

June 20 - Louis sprayed on the 3-week schedule very thoroughly. I can also say, once again, that this company will retreat anytime between the 3-week intervals if I get bit by mosquitoes!

June 27,2022 Lance Bennett cane out to retreat and took the time to ask me where the problem areas were in this big yard and then thoroughly treated all the areas. He is a hard worker and very thorough too!

August 3, 2022 - Jose the technician did a great job treating my big yard. Without this service, we couldn’t enjoy our yard at all due to the creek & water features.

Sept 2022 - Jose Maymi did a super job and I couldn’t enjoy my beautiful back and front yards without this service!
Oct 2022 -Lance did an extremely thorough job which allows us to use our beautiful yard without getting eaten up by mosquitoes. Thank you Mosquito Squad.

Lance was knowledgeable and friendly. Was quick and thorough. Hopefully will start to see results on my third treatment!

I have both pest control and mosquito service. The mosquito service is phenomenal as I’m able to enjoy the back yard and pool during summer. The pest control service is awesome when Lance comes. He does amazing job and spends time vs some others who just come and go.

Excellent service and quality product. I would like to appreciate Trey for his awesome customer service and great personality. He was very respectful and listened to my concern. He shared his proposed treatment plan and went ahead to provide great service. Trey’s work ethics is just remarkable.

We had a new tech today, Fino. Not sure how he would do compared to my favorite tech Lance. I will say that I was very pleased with the service Fini provided today and appreciated him making sure every piece of equipment was in proper working condition. Thank you Fino!

I got my first treatment today and Ian was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure all the mosquitos were sprayed. He checked my property thoroughly and came inside to our problem areas also. Great experience!

We live next to a bunch of horses and on recently developed land so our bug situation is out of control. They’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful in trying to curb our mosquito and fly problem. If anything is gonna work, it’s gonna be the stuff they’re doing.

Excellent service by Lance. He quickly came out when I had questions with the system, made recommended tweaks and created a game plan to help us with our issues. Lance is awesome!

I asked for a wasp nest removal service. The technician never rang the doorbell to ask where the nest was, and just started spraying wasp pesticide all over the backyard. After the initial 30 minutes, I go outside to see that not only was the nest not removed AND there are still wasps in the nest.

I am absolutely disappointed by their services.

Our experience has been great with Mosquito Squad especially Grant . You receive great service and excellent communication. You always receive a reminder text 25-30 minutes before and text upon conclusion.

We certainly have been able to enjoy our patio more without mosquitoes

Dalton has done our yard twice now. He is very friendly and asked us each time where he needs to focus and where our concerns are. very conscientious and polite. Still having problems with mosquitoes, however so we will see how this second treatment works.

Justin did an amazing job. He took his time and covered every inch of the property. So far so good. We are enjoying the patio as I’m writing this!

Update: June 2025
I’m very pregnant, about to have my baby any day now and was looking forward to having our yard serviced before baby comes. A few days ago I received the text saying our appointment was coming up. So the day of the appointment I messaged back asking if they were still coming, as it was already very late. They responded back saying yes I’m on the schedule. At 7:15pm no one had shown up, and I messaged them asking what time they service till. Unfortunately they have rescheduled us twice now, last time saying they had made us priority. Last minute they cancelled, claiming inclement weather. There was no rain whatsoever yesterday. Now, they claimed to have rescheduled us today as “priority” and I have no faith in whether they will actually show up. I am already looking for a new servicer!

We had one of the guys spray and he didn’t do a good job at all, missing a bunch of active spots. I called and mosquito squad sent another gentleman, Larry, to finish the job the following day. What a night and day difference. Larry took his time, sprayed thoroughly and hit all the areas I told him were problematic. I hope he is the one that continues to service our house because he did a wonderful job.

Kyler is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the chemicals they use and also about how to control my pests I have at my house. On top of that a very friendly, personal guy that provides 5 star service. Thanks Kyler!
