Larry came on time and did a great job! He made sure that he was able to access all areas around our home. He treated every area very thoroughly. We have tried other services and Mosquito Squad has consistently provided the best results.

Always an exceptional experience! All of my service technicians have been amazing. Lance was my technician today and he was extremely thorough. He took his time and the spray wasn't rushed. I can't say enough good things about Mosquito Squad McKinney!

I was convinced I had a mosquito infestation in my home and back yard;
I called Mosquito Squad of Frisco who came out the same day within a few hours for a free inspection.
The technician -ANDY- was extremely professional and diagnosed my mosquitoes problem,
saving me a huge amount of money.Very reliable company;
if they had agreed with my mosquitoes problem diagnosis I would have unquestionably moved forward with costly extermination, so I appreciate their honesty.

We had multiple infestations of wasps. Grant did a great job of going around the house inside and outside and eliminating them all. Thank you Grant.

I expected Mosquito Squad’s products and services to do the job and they deliver! Just as important, they are very responsive to customer needs and always resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner!

The first visit was fine - they arrived, set traps and sprayed for mosquitos, just as promised. However, they were supposed to come back within 7-10 days for a second treatment, and then move to a 21-day schedule after that. They did not show up for two appointments after that. After we reached out several times and were given additional promised dates, they did not show up for those either. Then, all communications from them stopped. Clearly they are not able to service their clients, nor manage a schedule! We work outside the home, have three large dogs and made arrangements for their visits. They obviously have no regard for our time or scheduled appointments. Needless to say, we terminated their services immediately and demanded a refund. This has been one of the worst experiences we've had! I really hate posting negative comments like these, but I feel future potential customers have a right to know! 🫤 You might have better luck with another company!

Kyler from MS was amazing. Very respectful and very professional. I have had any mosquito issues since he did the treatment for my backyard. Thank you Kyler.

We initially had a service that was not the best but the staff was eager to help make sure we got taken care of properly. Dalton was amazing and extremely thorough. He explained their product to me and did not miss a square inch of our yard.

If first impressions are an indication we will be clients of Mosquito Squad for many years to come. From the initial call I've been impressed. Text messaging alerts you to precise arrival times and completion time. Lance, the manager was professional, friendly and explained the service in great detail. I watched as he performed a multi-point treatment on the ground, porches, trees and all other areas with the potential for insects. I was impressed and anticipate a "bug free" yard.

Just got serviced done by Mosquito Squad. Fino was our tech. He was Very communicative, I gave him my focus area & he did a great job and hitting those areas. Overall, I am happy with the first service and I am looking forward to doing business with this company and the future.

Kyler came to our property and prepped the outside for a large event we were holding the next day. He did a thorough job and kept me updated. He was upbeat, polite and focused.

Wow what a big difference I was getting bit outside could not enjoy my pool or any outdoor activities. Now with the first spray no bites. Omg 😱 it’s wonderful I highly recommend them. You won’t regret it

My family & I have been with Gecko Green for less than a year and my husband always took care of our home maintenance, unfortunately he passed recently and I had to change all our info over to myself. That’s when I called Gecko Green and was somewhat in a bit of a mess because of everything I was dealing with, but the operator that answered was an absolute sweet heart. I then spoke with our regular tech who was also very comforting. I’d like to commend both of them for being so kind to me during such a difficult time. Caleb and I wish I would have asked for the operator’s name are absolute angels. Thank you Gecko Green for such a sweet gesture by sending me this gift. They will always have my business.

This was my first treatment. Pablo walked the yard as we discussed the various grasses and weeds, what the treatment would kill, what future treatments would do, shady yard areas... He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Michael is a great tech! In fact, everyone in the company is just an amazing group of professionals. My wife and I had concerns a few months ago about our service and we received so many calls from multiple levels of the team reaching out to help. It was a phenomenal effort to find out the cause of our concerns and resolve it. As customers we just felt so valued in a society that now seems to think great customer service is optional.
