Talk about AMAZING!!! Richard and Richard removed spots from our carpet that others could not. I am VERY HAPPY with Genesis Carpet Cleaning and recommend them to anyone in the area. Genesis Carpet Cleaning is now my "go to" for carpet cleaning and their pricing is LOW...this was a win-win for my family.

Thoroughly Impressed!!! The service was on time as promised and completed quickly and thoroughly. I have my carpets and tiled cleaned quarterly and have always used the "National Guys"! However, I will be calling Genesis from now on! Richard was courteous as well as complete with his explanation of the job and the details of the service he would provide. Honestly, my carpets have never looked so good and the price...a huge savings over the "National Guys"! I literally will save hundreds off of my 2017 budget thanks to Genesis.

I have one word "Outstanding"! Tanner took his time and addressed my needs and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I called him last minute and he had no problem squeezing me in. He also showed up 15 minutes early. I was always told by my father, " Your on time if your 15 minutes early". Great job guys!

I will only be using Genesis from now on. You can't beat his prices. I got my 3 piece sectional couch, a 15x15 area rug, and two other area rugs cleaned for about $190.

Dale the owner did an amazing job on cleaning our bedroom carpets and the stairs of our home we were moving out of. He was on time , organized, friendly and truly cares about his customers and handling there specific needs. We had a small spot reappear after a few days of the carpet drying and when I contacted him he went over the same day and took care of it. It is not uncommon after a deep clean for this to happen because it basically had pulled an old pet stain to the service so it was treated right away and looks great . He had explained in advance that this was a possibility and if it happened just to give him a call. I plan to hire him again to help keep our new home maintained as needed. He’s truly a great man!

Genesis Carpet Cleaning was great! I had a time crunch and had called 2 other companies with no call backs. Called Richard and left a message and he responded within an hour and was able to come out the next day to get the carpets in my 2 bedrooms cleaned. They were prompt and called ahead to let me know they were coming. They did a great job, pricing very reasonable, very curtious and professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and I will be using them again.

I have been using carpet cleaners for 15 years and I really never understood quality and value until I worked with Genesis. They have now been to my home 2X and my carpets have never looked so good, and my spots have NOT reappeared as in the past. I just accepted, that is part of older carpets, but Genesis does it right the first time so that does not happen. Today they came back because we accidentally spotted an area with ink from a cartridge. Richard was able to get it out and then he just as a courtesy redid my high traffic areas. Give them a try and you will see the difference.

Richard has been cleaning my carpets for several years now. He and his team are very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I know that the job will be done flawlessly.

My son has severe allergies to dust mites and it is imperative that the carpet cleaning is done well enough to keep allergies at bay as much as possible. Richard and the Genesis team have always taken extra care when cleaning his room's carpet.

Genesis showed up on time, they were very thorough in cleaning the carpet, also went out of their way to pay special attention to a few problem areas. Very professional and courteous. I like how you have options on their website to select what areas of the home you need cleaned and most importantly, they do not up sell when they show up. The carpet looks great!!

The carpet in my house is 15 years old and has flooded 3 times, but replacing it is not an option at this time. They were super stinky and unsanitary. Sean came and worked miracles!!! Not only is the odor gone, but you can see the original color of the carpet! Sean went above and beyond to help me. Not only is he a knowledgeable, skilled professional, but he is a wonderful person. I will only use Genesis Carpet Cleaning from now on.

The greatest carpet cleaner in McKinney TX and surrounding areas. Online ordering makes it easy to set an appointment. They are reasonably priced and do a fantastic job. I have pets and the smell diminished after the were done. I would recommend giving them a try you will not be dissatisfied. They guys who visited my house were friendly nice and very thorough in their job of cleaning my carpets! I will never use a different company! Love this one!

Yes! I've had my carpets cleaned before by big companies and they never cared about my furniture or walls and rushed the job. Richard was the nicest person! He even came out and did some of the cleaning and made sure the job was done right. I never even asked him to do that! Every little spot (and some I hadn't even noticed) were GONE! I would recommend Genesis for anyone, big home or small, deep cleaning or touch up! I was going to get laminate put in because I had so many stains but now I'm going to keep my carpet and just call Richard and his crew annually.

I own a business myself and know how important quality, respect and pride is. Richard and his crew take pride in their work, treat your home with respect and really provide GREAT quality service!

BTW... I called at 8am and they were able to book a time for 3pm the SAME day... and on time!!!

This is my second time using Genesis Carpet Cleaning and I'm thrilled to say this time was even better than the last, which was pretty awesome! We've used others in the past that left the carpets damp and then hard feeling and smelling worse than before a week or so after... The other companies response was to redo it with harsh chemicals that had me too scared to even let my nine month old baby crawl in the living room!

Genesis on the other hand, uses a child and pet safe process that literally was dry in a couple of hours! I walked into my house and couldn't believe the carpets were already dry and the house smelled fresh and stayed that way for weeks - which is a lot because we have two big dogs and a baby! Also, I couldn't even see the spots where my dog had multiple "accidents" or I had my own (red wine) accident anymore! Genesis always arrives early and the second time even had to wait on my husband for a few minutes while he was out running an errand for his in home business. They are always so friendly and professional that I recommend them to anyone I know needing carpet or any kind of floor cleaning! They even helped my boss when her house had a sewage flood!

This company is just terrific, easy to schedule, easy to use their website and pay online and a pleasure to do business with. I'm writing this review because lately I've had such a hard time finding decent customer service in so many areas, that I feel that Genesis needs to be recognized for their exemplary customer service and a job well done!

Genesis has been cleaning our carpet annually for the last 4 years. The are very professional and their work is by far the best we have ever had from a carpet cleaning service. They also do upholstery cleaning as well which this service was the same high quality as the carpet. Great company to use!

Genesis carpet cleaning does a fantastic job. The availability to schedule my appointment online according to my schedule was wonderful. It was quick and easy to navigate the website. I had a terrible pet stain that I thought was never going to come out of my carpet but after they cleaned the area, it was undetectable. They arrive on time and always call ahead.
