On 7/9, I requested a cleaning for my sectional and they were very responsive getting me a quote and setting up an appointment for 7/11 at 11AM. The morning of the appointment, I did not hear from them (especially since they didn’t ask for my address, just what area I was located in) so I reached out at 10:17AM to confirm and received no response. I’m very disappointed because I had high hopes after seeing the highly rated reviews and pictures and then didn’t have the same experience. Hope no one else goes through the same thing I did.

I'm really glad my husband and I had Cleanigy come clean our couch, 2 chairs, and the rug in our family room.

Yuri responded very quickly after I called to inquire about Cleanigy's services and pricing. We corresponded through texts and after I sent him pics of the chairs, couch, and rug, he promptly returned with the estimated pricing.

Texts were returned quickly and Juri arrived right on time (actually, I think he arrived 7 minutes early but courteously waited until the pre-arranged time before ringing the doorbell). He's extremely respectful and professional and I appreciated him wearing shoe covers in our (no-shoes-indoors) home.

As for the actual cleaning, Juri did a great job cleaning our couch, 2 chairs, and rug. It would be unrealistic to expect a look of brand new items (after 20+ years of use for the furniture and 5+ years of the rug w/ kids) but he did the best he could and I'm very satisfied with the results.
