It is so lovely to come home to a sparkling clean house. Scheduling was convenient and fast. The team did a great job cleaning all of the surfaces of my home, making the beds, windows/sills, and the kitchen sparkled (even the dishes in the sink disappeared). Very satisfied.

My experience with Two Maids McKinney was quite the opposite of all the 5 star raving reviews.

We recently bought a house and the cleaning service was negotiated into the contract. The sellers chose Two Maids McKinney. I called and scheduled the service, that part of the service was seamless. I worked with Christian for scheduling. On the day of the service, the maids arrived around 1:45 pm instead of 12:30 pm. We walked through the cleaning that was needed. The house was dusty because we had the house painted. I explained that we had a religious ceremony the next day and wanted the house presentable for our guests. I was quite upfront that I would be happy to pay for any additional hours beyond the 3 hours already paid for. We discussed the priority list for cleaning in detail. I was promised a call back at 4:30 pm with an update and confirmation of any additional time needed with additional payment.

Got a call at 4:45 pm and was informed they finished their cleaning and had left home. When I enquired if they managed to cover everything in the priority list, the owner Lorena indicated that they couldn’t get to a few items including the stove / oven. When enquired further on why they did not inform me earlier as agreed upon she got upset. Said they don’t work beyond 5 pm which is fine if they had come on time but I’m in a fix now as I can’t find another cleaning company to complete the cleaning. She got further upset and called me a free loader (in her own way) and said I’m not her client and her client had paid for the service so she does not owe an explanation. To say I was shocked and deeply disappointed is an understatement.

When we got home and inspected, we noticed several areas were not cleaned. So not only did they do a very poor job cleaning, they demonstrated very poor attitude and professional ethics. Wound not recommend them again.

I’m sure they will respond to this comment and negate everything or justify their behavior, I’m not going to change my feedback on them. Shopping around now for another cleaning service that’s professional.

The team worked quickly and with great attention to detail. The pricing feels very reasonable for the thorough service provided. There's nothing better than coming home to a spotless house! I’ll be calling them again for sure.

Unlike other cleaners who only do well once, Two Maids delivers high-quality results every time. The cleaners are knowledgeable and friendly. While not the cheapest, the quality is well worth the cost.

Two maids ( Katie & Amanda) were very meticulous doing a “deep clean” of our home. Their supervisor also assisted part of the time and checked that everything was cleaned per standards. Recommend for others wanting a thorough cleaning.

Two maids went above and beyond to keep to the schedule that they promised. The were very thorough in cleaning and dusting of the home. The appliances were very well cleaned along with the bathrooms and flooring. The customer service was exceptional and I look fiward to using them again and again.

Best cleaners we've ever had. We hired them for a move out cleaning and they did an amazing job. Our landlord asked for their number because she said the house looked even better than we first moved in. Will hire them again for regular cleaning and will certainly recommend them to friends.

Two maids of McKinney did a deep clean on my house and the 2 ladies were excellent! Kimberly and Keoni went over and beyond my expectations!

Tried for 3 months and decided to stop service. My first cleaning was 5 hours, they didn’t have a ride so they sat in my house until they were picked up, left water bottles all over my house and moved multiple things that I had to place back and didn’t cover all services like washing a sink full of dishes or wiping down kitchen countertops. The next couple of cleanings were OK but consistently missed parts of the kitchen like counters and dishes. The team changed each time so everything had a different level of quality each time. The time consistently changed - originally from 2-4pm arrival and by my last service 11-1 without asking if the time window change was okay.

Two Maids is a lifesaver! As busy parents, we were blown away by the spotless results. Our cleaner was prompt, polite, and went the extra mile—even tidied my closet. Will use again for home, move-outs, and future office cleanings. Highly recommended!
