Executive Touch Cleaning Service saved my day! Ruth and her staff went way beyond the call of duty to provide same day service for my company. It was an emergency cleaning, and they provided excellent service. Thank you so very much. I will call again, for sure!

I hired Executive to do a detailed cleaning because I sold my home. Not only did they show up late, but we're short staffed which caused them to work longer. All of my upstairs blinds were only cleaned on one side and none of my kitchen cabinets were wiped down on the inside, which I was told would be done as long as they were empty. Furthermore, I referred them to clean the home I was moving in to, which they cleaned the day after cleaning my home and needless to say it wasn't detail cleaned either. Baseboards are still dirty and build up and dust are still in corners. I'm so busy trying to get my house in order that I haven't had time to check everything, these are just a few items that I've noticed. Not to mention after i told the owner everything that was wrong with both homes I received an invoice charging me FULL price. Such an inconvenience and a rip off!

Very disappointing. Multiple cleaners were at the house, none scrubbing, all wiping. When the owner/manager came to discuss my dissatisfaction she saw that some of the marks left were easily wiped up. They discounted the price, but ended the invoice with letting me know that providing a desirable level of service would not be financially feasible with their company. I strongly encourage anyone needing cleaning services to look elsewhere.

Executive Touch did a great job on deep cleaning my house for the holidays! Love that there are no contracts involved. Just call them and they come clean! Will definitely use them again!

We've been using Executive Touch Cleaning for about 3 months now. We started with the deep clean, then transitioned to a partial clean every 2 weeks - wood floors, area rugs, cleaning kitchen and baths, dusting in a few rooms. What a difference it has made. We love coming home from work to see the place spotless.

This was my initial cleaning with Executive Touch Cleaning. I was delighted. Two team members, Elma and Lucia, came in and worked non-stop to get my home in tip-top shape. It was wonderful to enjoy a clean home where I didn't have to do any of the work! I have had other cleaning services clean my home and have never been this happy with the results. You can bet that I will be using Executive Touch again!

We use Executive Touch for ad hoc cleaning, wonderful that they have this flexibility. While it is a little pricey, they are a local McKinney business that provides workers comp. We enjoy the ease of booking and paying, and the super professional staff and service. They were recommended to us by the previous house owners, and we recommend them to our friends.

Ruth and her staff have been taking care of us for several years. We moved a few months ago and I had no concern about the way my new house would be cleaned. I LOVE coming home on cleaning day! I am so grateful for the service they provide - especially when it seems like good service is a rarity nowadays.

Ruth came out and walked our entire home with us and gave us a quote based on what we needed done, most places just give a generic over the phone quote based on number of rooms or square footage. The quote was very reasonable and her staff did an amazing job cleaning. I truly felt we got our monies worth and then some. We have used Executive touch a couple times now and will absolutely be using them again.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and how well the house looked once Executive Touch Cleaning completed the job. There were parts of the house that we were going to remodel, but changed our plan after Executive Touch Cleaning Service was finished. I would highly recommend Executive Touch Cleaning.

Simply the BEST! One of the few companies these days that exceed ALL expectations. Team showed up exactly on time, properly masked, friendly and did an exceptional job. They did all the normal cleaning plus our blinds and baseboards. We've lived in our house for 6years and when they finished it looked like we just moved in that day. We have been extremely happy with Executive Touch Cleaning Service! They dust, wash, empty, make and vacuum every part of our house and when they leave our place is spotless which is the whole point. We started using them for spring cleaning but they were so good we now use them as our regular cleaning service.

Executive Touch did a great job on our move-out cleaning. When another Dallas Cleaning Service failed to keep their promises, I called Ruth and on very short notice she had a crew at our house working late into the night to meet our deadline. They did a very thorough job, we’re very pleasant to work with and delivered what they said they would. I highly recommend them!

We met with ruth and let her know we needed a deep clean due to my wife giving birth and our dream to come home perfectly clean house, that is when it turned into a nightmare, A deep clean is a "wipe down" to the workers, which tried to get out of doing work by saying the cannot speak english, but they my mother in law spoke to them in spanish as she is bi lingual and than they could suddenly speak english again. they also use the same mop heads in multiple homes and said that transfer can take place... and this was from ruths mouth! I explained to ruth all my concerns and she told me this is the best work they do and this looked clean to her. She made multiple comments that I was trying to just get a discount on the services provided which is extremely insulting. I am a disabled vet and work hard like the rest of you and I, nor anyone else deserves this abuse. I was told two people would come do the work and three people showed up. They continued to do work that was not discussed and RUINED our cast iron pans. Through the whole process ruth laughed in my face and continued to smirk at me until i asked her to leave. I have no idea how these people have such high reviews and it is unfortunate as now i need to have my house cleaned again. I have many more photos if anyone else would like more evidence of the "standard" that is provided. We really hoped that ruth would have taken care of us, and as a fellow parent she would have taken the same care in our home as she would her own, but she is just looking to get ahold of your money and not provide a solid service .she was a big reminder that there is bad people in the world and if you want it done right you need to do it yourself. I am willing to share my story with anyone willing to listen, this is not a bill anyone should have to pay, we work hard for our money and we just expect the same back from others.
EDIT:ruth stated someone has come back to fix the issues which is not true and when I inquired about someone coming back she ignored me also the ac grates could have been dustedwith a duster and put forth some kind of effort to show you can rather than do nothing at all. The attitude of I can’t do it so why try is not acceptable. A customer appreciates someone Atleast trying rather than just turning their shoulder.

We've gone through several different cleaning services, and Executive Touch is by far the best. All of the employees are fully employed by Executive Touch, which means none of them are independent contractors. Ruth is easy to communicate with and will respond to any worry or issue you may have. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher being loaded poorly and causing some breakage, and she responded right away to apologize and offer reimbursement.

We always feel like the home and our belongings have been treated with respect, and we appreciate the patience they have with our pets. The house is spotless when we get home in the evenings, and we're able to go about our day knowing they can handle things while we are at work. And funnily enough, they are the only cleaning service we've ever had that can properly work the keypad on our front door.

Executive Touch is definitely pricier than some of the other options available to those looking, but I promise you it's worth it. We highly recommend them.

If you want a company that sends people to your house to vacuum and mop the floor, you will have no complaints. However if you want clean bathrooms, this company totally disappoints. My faucets had the same water stains they had before they came to clean. When I sent the office the pictures, they said that those were hard water stains and their detergents are “too strong”. They advise me to try to clean them myself 😳. After you pay $40 per person, per hour, I think you deserve a better response. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I grabbed a simple Clorox Wipe and (surprise) I was able to clean them. The only thing I can think the office lady and I agreed on is that YES I can do a better job. I am saving my money from now on.

The baseboards throughout the home, doors/jams, window sills, blinds, kitchen cabinets, appliances, floors, bathrooms, fans, overall dusting (very thorough).
