Not happy with the service. Spent $380 for 1880 sq ft(2bed 2bath) scheduled on 3/11/2021. Thought would be an amazing clean due to the reviews but but turn to be below average.

3 ladies showed up, Mira, Jasmine, and Taylor. Mira and Jasmine did a great job cleaning the bedroom and the bathroom; however, Taylor spent 2 hours working on the kitchen herself. I did communicate with Mira and her supervisor about Taylor’s efficiency in the meantime but she’s still been working really slow, which made Mira and Jasmine to do most of the work.

Taylor also spilled alcohol on my countertop but didn’t clean it before she leave and the island is dirty as shown in the pictures. I also tried to talk to their supervisor when I see the alcohol spill but haven’t heard from them. This is the first service with them and will be the last one because it’s not worth $380.

*Updates:
Did communicate with the customer service but they ask me to provide “video footage” to show that their maid spill the alcohol. That was TOTALLY insane. I’ve also enclosed the message below.

They keep saying I have feaces but it’s just some dog pees near my dog’s cage. Clearly, My dog was a bit too “excited” to see the maids. I didn’t ask the maids to clean it the first places and ask them not to get close with that area.

Overall, really disappointed with their customer service and will NOT recommend their service to anyone.

My mom passed away a year ago. I have had to travel back and forth to Ark. for the past year to deal with her house and getting my younger brother, who has Downs Syndrome, settled. I fell behind on keeping up with my own home while trying to go through things at mom’s. I spent most of my wknds at mom’s and on the rare occasion I was home I was too tired and overwhelmed with the mess at home to deal with it. I called Tailor Maid Cleaning for help. They sent me Sheri. Sheri was awesome! Case in point: I had an oven that did not self-clean and life got in the way of me cleaning it, so before I knew it my oven had not been cleaned in years. You couldn’t even see through the glass window. Sheri came in and cleaned the whole place thoroughly and even got the oven racks back to a shiny silver (I didn’t even realize they were silver because they had been black for so long) and I can now see through the oven window. I am truly grateful for her work. My house felt clean and refreshing when she left . It inspired me to push through and start going through and sorting the piles of stuff I had been bringing back from mom’s. She helped me catch up so that I could see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!

I’ve been using Tailor Maid for the last two semesters; once every week on Saturday to have a general cleaning of our apartment. My friends and I don’t really have much time between lectures and all but they make the weekly booking worth it. Pros, consistent and great customer service.

This company we called and were extremely happy with them they cleaned up our house each and every room and it looked liked it was brand new spanking clean. Would definitely recommend them and very reasonable and licensed. Thanks you for cleaning our house.

Dont bother. I used them for a few months. They have several different cleaning people. They may or may not show up on their scheduled day. They wont call you if they are not coming. I never knew if the person was actually going to show up. A few cleaned the house very well. Others were not good at all. I specifically asked for a certain house cleaner to not come back to clean our house. They agreed. The next week the cleaner that I asked to not come back showed up to clean my house! I fired them after that.

Tailor Maid Cleaning has been my number one cleaning service for years. Professionalism and customer service has always been their driver. I've had really good luck with Tailor Maid Cleaning. The do a fantastic job every time. I love that they give courtesy reminders and that I consistiently have the same tech every other week. We brought the service to the new house when we moved!

Ashley did a wonderful job and had a wonderful attitude. She worked the whole time and was also training a new employee. I was home the whole time and she never acted like I was in the way. She was very thorough about making sure everything was done to my liking. This company is definately a customer focused company! Thank you for the good job!

I have been using Tailor Maid Cleaning service since October of last year on a vacation rental property. Dependability due to quick turnover for guests is very important and they have never been late. Equally important is that the cleaning job is done right and the cleaner (Tina) they assigned to my property has been fantastic. My house is over 5000 square feet and involves all bed linens, towels and dishes to be washed and dining tables reset. This is in addition to the overall cleaning of the house.

The owner Donnette and her son Jake have been a pleasure to work with and their response to emails or phone calls is always timely. I highly recommend Tailor Maid Cleaning based on my experience with them. They clean my rental property between 4 to 6 times a month.

We shopped several cleaning services and found Tailor Maid to be very dedicated at providing hard workers who have been well vetted. Their staff changes from time to time due to the high turnover in this business, but they have been good at keeping focused employees who understand what quality cleaning is about. It's never perfect...nobody is....but they are consistently very good. I recommend them.

We have had Karen cleaning our house on an every other week basis since last year. She is punctual and always comes in smiling and is in a cheerful mood, We visit with her for a few minutes and mention any specific areas we want her to clean that day. She usually starts in the master bedroom and bath at the back of the house and works her way to the front. She does an excellent job and we are very happy to have her.

My mom recently had a mastectomy and needed to find a housekeeper to help her with cleaning the house. Her house is very tidy, and any cleaning company would want to clean her space. I found a Groupon for Taylor Maid, they rescheduled 3 times, car troubles, flight troubles, etc. For the final reschedule Taylor said the maid didn’t have a vacuum! Are you kidding me? The day she was “supposed” to come the last time, SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! Horribly ran business, if you can’t staff your business then be upfront with your clients. Unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t waste your time! Thankful that Groupon was understanding and I was able to get the money back.

I’ve used Tailor Maid twice now and am 100% satisfied! Ashley and Angelica did an amazing job and are so professional yet very personable and sweet, too. I look forward to my next cleaning with them :)

I was so sad whether I came to my new home. I have 3 toddlers and really needed the help. We were still packing at our old house so by the time we moved in the house was not clean it looked like all they did was dust the ceiling fans. They were there 3 hours in the home alone and did nothing. I wish I was there to make sure they were working. I spent $275 for crumbs in all the corners of the rooms, doors, trims and walls dirty, mold on the bathtub, living room floor not mopped, kitchen sink dirty, toilet seat dirty, crumbs and filth left behind the sink, the kitchen counters were dirty and blinds still dirty. I needed these professionals to help me and they let me down. I’ve used cleaning companies in the past and they were excellent but this one left me having to still clean. And I’m still trying to clean.

We have used Tailor Maid as we have needed them for the last few years. We have always been satisfied with their services and the cleaners that they send. The most recent crew was far and away the best crew we've EVER had from any service!!!! I can't imagine having anyone else help us to care for our home.

We hired them to come in and do a one time cleaning with some deep clean aspects and while it was nice having someone clean the house, they didn’t do an excellent job overall. In the end my wife, who I consider to be very fair and accurate in her assessments, did not feel the quality matched the amount paid. That was too bad as it was a gift from me to her for her birthday. The glowing reviews suggested that the quality and attention to detail was top notch but multiple areas were not cleaned as agreed. Even I could see that when I got home. When paying this much, the result should be far above what we ourselves would normally do. On the plus side, the staff were courteous and the lead person was personable, according to my wife. I would look elsewhere next time.

By far the worst experience I have had with a cleaning company in my entire life.
The cleaners outright lied to the company and the owner chooses the side of the cleaners over the customer.
I had to pay the cleaner $150 cash to come and clean - she walked in, looked at the house and said no, company doesnt pay her enough.. she was nice enough to tell me that while the company takes close to $1000 from the customer, they pay the cleaner $250..
BTW, she did a terrible job - paid them to clean so I wouldnt have to.. currently re-cleaning the entire home.
Owner refuses to do anything because I didnt call back within 24 hours - sorry been packing boxes and moving - zero flexibility and zero customer service.

Recommend you find another cleaner - if you use these guys, read the fine print - DO NOT GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO RIP YOU OFF!!! They will take it in a heartbeat.

I dont appreciate being hosed by the cleaner and the company not standing by their work.

I paid these guys because I thought they would do a good job.. now I have to take time off work to clean while my wife takes care of our young children, who are full of dust... sad sad sad..

In response to your comment.. I emplore you to come and see the work your people did. They outright lied to you - came separately and threatened to walk out without extra money.. I had 24 hours before movers were coming, and I was too busy re-mopping the house after they left.. but please come see the dust on the blinds (which I paid extra for a wet clean), come see the dust on the cabinets.. even after being here for 4 days and spending every moment unpacking and cleaning, I have yet to be able to complete the entire home..
no blackmail here, I just want what I paid A lot for - your company to come and clean my house - can go back and forth forever - I in fact told Brandy the moment they left that they didnt do a good job, but the only one that spoke English left on her own first in her own car.. if you can sleep at night feeling good about this clean, that tells me all I need to know.. if you want to rectify this, then call me

We’ve been with Taylor Maid for a while now. We started off with Ronna who was Excellent! Had her replacement and she did not work out. They replaced her with Brook who is very good. They always do what they can to make it the best cleaning experience.
I would recommend Taylor Maid to anyone who is looking for a high quality cleaning company.

I chose this company based on the outstanding reviews as we had just moved to the area. They were great with flexibility as we had to reschedule our appointment when we needed to fly home for a family emergency.
I was scheduled as a move in clean and was assured the kitchen cabinets and drawers would be cleaned (this was one of my biggest concerns as they are incredibly dirty). The refrigerator would also be cleaned. She said it’s a lengthier process because they do it “wet” instead of “dry”. I didn’t mind as I wanted the house clean.
I came in and everything looked fine; until I went to start putting stuff away into the drawers and cabinets. None of them had been cleaned. They hadn’t even been wiped out. The refrigerator was not cleaned. Not all baseboards and blinds were cleaned. There were a few specific things I left to verify how well they did and they were still in the same spots as I left them.
They don’t leave you with a final bill documenting the man hours they were there or detailing what they did or what they weren’t able to get to. Overall a disappointing experience.
