Read this if you work hard and can't afford to throw money away. Deceptive business practice, bad coordination, fake pictures in their website (employees does not dress like that), needs a third party to communicate because they do not speak English, poor job for the price, deep cleaning is just wiping with a cloth. I'm surprised with the positive reviews and makes me doubt how many of them are real customers. I paid $324.64 for a deep cleaning. For 2 hours service (1st time). It was a "move in" cleaning. I opened the door for them and left for work. My roommate already was driving to the apartment that was supposed to be cleaned. When the roommate reached the place they were already gone. They left in less than 35 minutes. 2 bed/2 bath apartment. They did not clean well. Seems they just wiped. There was even hair and residues of food on the refrigerator between the shelfs. Bathrooms smelling like urine, stains on floor, windows frame with black dirt and so on. I paid to clean the apartment before I moved in. They did a very shabby job for what I paid. I called Sharon, and sent an email with pictures. They gave me 2 hours for free as a compensation. Have to wait long time for them to come back and clean. By the time they schedule the new appointment I already moved in to the apartment. We ended up cleaning by ourselves. They keep changing the appointment day. 2 weeks after the moving finally someone came. The person that came (2nd time), came late, there was no communication. Then she spent the whole 2 hours ONLY cleaning the oven. And I was told that I had to pay after the 2 hours if their employee had to stay. I told her to leave because it was already 2 hrs of service. Sparkling maids is a scam business. They will try to find a way to get more money from you. I called Sharon again and told her. You guys do this on purpose right!? 2 hours cleaning an oven is an exaggeration . And if it was so dirty as they claim, that proves then that your previous employees did a bad job. Who knows how many people had been ripped off by sparkling maids. Mostly elders or busy people that dont check their work and take it for done. Do not use them, they do not deserve to have a permit for business.
(Edited after the original posting) Now they keep calling me. I gave 2 different phone numbers which now I regret. They keep calling often and insisting. No one likes a bad review. I understand. They also have to understand they had not 1 but 2 opportunities to do the right thing. Do the right thing the first time and avoid negative consequences. If you get a second chance, don't waste it. Do not blame me for the review. I posted the review after the 2 opportunities I gave to this business. And spamming my phone makes the things worse. It is creepy.

Efficiency at its best, Sparkly Maids is a class act outfit from front to back. The maids showed up on time and left no stone unturned. For each part of the house an inspection was required to which they passed with flying colors. Good company great service!

This was a fantastic service! Easy to book. Asked all the right questions. Booked fast and easy. Great communication. Arrived on time!!! Were pleasant and efficient. They did a beautiful job and charged a very fair price! I will use them again! It was for a make ready for a rental property. I was pleased more than other services I've tried! Thank you Sparkly!

The team did such a great job cleaning my home. The office staff is always easy to reach, and I appreciate the human interaction and excellent customer service! So much better than services that want you to use their app and book everything online.

Manuela was phenomenal. She showed up early, worked quickly, cleaned everything until it was spotless, and had me check her work before leaving. She was polite, professional, and terrific. Sharon in the call center was also very courteous and professional and resolved all the questions I had. 10/10 would use again.

This has to have been the easiest process to get scheduled and the work done quickly. Their communication is outstanding and their work is even better. It’s the cleanest my house has been since we moved in 4 years ago. I used another company in the past for a deep clean and this one blew their work out of the water. Spotless from top to bottom! I hired sparkly maids out to do a deep cleaning yesterday, and I was beyond satisfied. Myrna and her partner did amazing work. All at a reasonable price, especially compared to other places I looked. My house looks and feels better than it has in a long time thanks to Sparkly Maids. 10/10 would recommend 👍

With 3 kids and a husband who works from home, I really appreciate Sparkly Maids' ability to accommodate last minute scheduling changes. They are prompt, efficient, and leave our home looking and smelling wonderfully clean. When I'm putting the kids to bed, they always say they don't want to get under the covers because they'll mess it up (that tells you how often they make their beds 🤣). Thank you Sparkly Maids!

Good job on my first service which was Deep Cleaning. Right on time. I'll be having them come again. Tracy & Cynthia were efficient and friendly!

We were not happy with their service. They charged us "moving out cleaning" but when we inspected the house we found hairs, dust, finger nails, etc ... which means they did not vacuum nor mop the floor. Luckily we caught them when they were ready to leave so we asked them to re-clean the floor and bathroom drawers. We also called their office to report the issues but got no apologies from the office. So disappointed.

My family and I were in McKinney for 2 weeks and needed to get our rented apartment cleaned. They did a great job without me having to push or supervise them! I would gladly recommend them to anyone else.

I have never used a cleaning company before therefore was a bit hesitant in booking a clean but from the online booking to the ladies coming in and doing a fantastic job I definitely will be using this service again; they did a great job and even called after to make sure everything went well. Cleaning crew did a great job; however, still disappointed in the front office and scheduling staff. This is a revised post after a mix-up and dropped ball on the original booking. Was offered half-price clean to make up for the original booking blunder but was not honored. Cleaning staff was very friendly and hard working so they get the three stars.

The entire team is easy to work with. The house looks fabulous after my bi-weekly cleaning. The prices are reasonable compared to other cleaning services I have used in the past. I would recommend them to anyone.

Asked for a deep clean and the service was not a deep clean. The team had to come back the next day to finish what wasn’t done, the baseboards and the “mopping” was terrible. and then again after inspecting the house they didn’t clean under the beds. I asked if cleaning the vent hood above the stove was part of a deep clean and they said no only stove top and oven. They did NOT clean the oven. You should have a list of the differences between your service offered as what was said was not what was done.

Started with a deep clean/trial after a renovation and my previous person retired. That was 1.5 years ago! Consistently great results in cleaning and office communications. We appreciate how they keep the same people assigned to our house adding to the consistent high quality.

I LOVE Tailor Maid Cleaning! Reba showed up to do the cleaning, and I cannot explain how amazing she did! She was SO detailed and cleaned places I didn't even know could get dirty.
